Duquesa is 50 minutes from Malaga, 20 minutes from Gibraltar, 25 minutes from Puerto Banus, and 15 minutes from Estepona. Other activities in the area include water sports, fishing, and horseback riding.
In the complex, there is a large community pool and children's pool with plenty of sun beds, pergola, and showers; there is also Finos wine bar and a café/deli overlooking an open courtyard with water feature.
It is situated within the tranquil environs of La Duquesa Golf course and is just a five-minute walk to the award-winning village of Puerto de La Duquesa.
Here you will find every convenience including beach, marina, shops, bars, and an outstanding variety of restaurants. Visit Gibraltar, only 20-minute drive, or explore the white villages of Casares (ten minutes), Gaucin, Ronda, and Seville. Play golf at Valderrama, Sotogrande, and San Roque Club all within ten-minute drive.
Selwo Safari Park and Selwo Marine Park located between Estepona/Marbella just off N340 and near Benalmadena are unique and fantastic experiences.
There is one-and-one-half kilometres of safe sandy beach on either side of the marina with Chiringuitos and water sports.

La Duquesa Golf Course is beside the apartment, designed by Robert Trent Jones, it has been described as a technical masterpiece with wonderful sea and mountain views. Valderrama, which was also designed by Robert Trent Jones, is only a ten-minute drive. With nine other courses within 15 minutes and a further 22 courses within 35 minutes you can golf until you drop.
World-class windsurfing available at Tarifa about two-and-one-half picturesque hours drive west of Monte Duquesa on very good motorway.
