Our villa provides luxury accommodations in the exclusive FIVE-STAR Windsor Palms, a private gated community with 24-hour security centrally located just two-and-one-half miles from Disney. Our Villa has high-quality furnishings and decor to make you feel like you stepped into paradise. Our Villa has a private, 15-foot by 30-foot, built-in pool and Jacuzzi, heated and illuminated surrounded with tropical landscaping for additional privacy, complete with furniture, barbecue grill, and pool toys and floats. INCLUDED IS HIGHSPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS (just bring an ethernet or USB cable to connect to the cable modem)
We have a master suite with private bath and a king-size bed, TV and DVD, 2nd bedroom with queen-size bed, 3rd & 4th bedrooms provide twin beds and a TV in the 4th. Ceiling fans have been installed in all bedrooms and living room for additional lighting and comfort. Our spacious living room overlooks the pool and deck area and features cable TV, VCR/DVD players and SONY PLAY STATION 2. The telephone allows for FREE local calls and the ability to call anywhere with a credit or calling card.
We offer a full-service kitchen and breakfast nook with all the necessities to make you feel at home. The nook provides informal dining while the dining room provides a more formal atmosphere. Our Villa is also equipped with a full-size washer and tumble dryer.
Our Villa is also child friendly as we provide, SONY PLAY STATION 2, two high chairs, port-a-crib, bed rails for twin beds, and a baby monitor. The pool is also equipped with a child-proof mesh fence/gate for safety.

We recently spent a week in your home and had a wonderful stay. The house was great and close to restaurants and attractions. The kids loved having a pool all to themselves whenever they wanted to swim. We would definitely stay again!

We are a retired couple from Europe. We rented this home to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary with our children & grandchildren (3). It was a perfect place to stay. It was so close to the parks. The description was accurate, the property clean & well-maintained, and the customer service was excellent. The pool at the clubhouse was great but the one at the house was the best. All of us loved just being able to walk out of the house and into the pool and hot tub!! I imagine our 3 year old grandson spent the most time in the water. We made excellent use of the outdoor grill and enjoyed the tasty family meals created there. Worth staying at!!

I stayed in this unit for 5 nights in mid January for meetings held at the Convention Center and had a fabulous stay! The unit is in an ideal location to get to any attraction in Orlando. It is a beautiful, spacious, and clean unit with everything in perfect order. This location and unit are perfect for families coming on vacation or business travelers with a desire to stay off the bustle of I-Drive. Most importantly, the price was extremely affordable, and worth every penny. For the money, this was the nicest place I've ever stayed. Thank you very much. I'll be back when icome to Orlando next year!!

We really enjoyed the home and were able to "move in" with a couple of our grandkids for our Disney & Kennedy adventure. The house was wonderfully clean, then neighborhood safe and the people very friendly. Even with all the current "discounts" available at Disney and the local resorts, this home was a much better value. When we balance the homey atmosphere, the relaxed atmosphere, the ideal location and the value, I can't imagine why anyone would stay anywere else. The home was so well apportioned that we were able to enterain our family from southern Florida for a day. It was great to have a home to invite them to and let our grandkids be the "host". Thanks, to the owner and the management team. Great in preparation, great in handling the arrangements, and great in post visit follow up.

Thanks for keeping your vacation home SO CLEAN! The house and pool were spotless. The amenities (especially all of the baby care items) were MUCH appreciated! This is the PERFECT home for a Disney vacation. We traveled with 3 young children and my parents, the split floorplan worked out awesome for giving our family lots of space and allowing my parents some privacy (and quiet). We highly recommend this home and have flagged this for future trips to Orlando!

We really enjoyed our vacation at this property. Our party included older adults, young adults and a young one and everyone had a good time. The house was clean and maintained. The hedge around the pool added privacy and we found ourselves loving that area. This is a gated community and we felt safe and welcomed. The clubhouse offered many amenities and watching movies in the cinema was a highlight for the young one. Would definitely stay again.

We spent 4 nights at your house in October. We had wonderful weather for the parks each day we were there. Could not have picked a better time for comfortable weather. I have to say that the privacy of renting a house will be something we will do again. We were able to enjoy spending time there after a long day at the parks and also took advantage of the club house pool because the house pool just didn't seem to heat to their comfort level. We will definitely consider renting again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was our best time out of four trips to the Windsor Palms resort. Everything needed was provided and the house was very clean. We will definately stay here again next year.
