# H-103 - Kihei Garden Estates Condominium This beautiful, one-bedroom condominium is a 725-square-foot, ground-floor unit with the lanai facing into the center of the complex. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit has air conditioning and for entertainment there is a 32-inch Trinitron TV with cable and DVD player. The kitchen has been upgraded and has all of the amenities including refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The dining area is between the kitchen and the living room. The complex has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a great barbecue area with picnic tables, all in a garden setting. It is located just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
