Your studio is less than a minute walk, steps from the river in the historic heart-of-the-heart of Paris. Arguably the most lovely location in Paris, because a walk at midnight over the magic bridges will allow you to soak the wonders of Paris then walk safely home, after dark among all the tourists in the brightly lit streets lined with cafe, and restaurants opened late.

HIDDEN SAVINGS:
You will also save money. First by walking everywhere and avoid taxis and / or public transportation. Secondly, you will save money on food, the apartment is near a fantastic SUPER Gourmet Stores and famous fresh market “Marche Maubert” known to Parisians mainly, which offers the most delicious fresh and cooked food, cheese, bread and finest wines.


LE STUDIO LOFT LA TRAVIATA
is most in demand with three large windows looking on a quiet courtyard; a decorative fireplace surrounded by wall-to-ceiling mirrors. My wife and I along with our young family had an absolutely fabulous time. The flat and it's location exceeded all our expectations, and allowed us to enjoy the atmosphere of such a fabulous city late into the night and then quickly retreat to the comfort of the flat to rest ourselves and the children, ready for the next day's cultural experience. Your emailed tips, directions and access instructions were flawlessly informative and so easy to understand. We had such an enjoyable experience in Paris (and we are convinced that having LA TRAVIATA as our base contributed substantially to that), that I have already recommended and emailed the web link to a number of my friends and colleagues whom would be the type of people who would consider a brief stay in Paris.   • Dear Claude and Violaine, Thanks a lot for all your assistance during our travel. We decided to come in Paris after New Year so it wasn't crowded with tourists. We wanted to get the best of the city. We couldn’t make a better decision than staying in your apartment. The location is perfect. The river is only a couple of minutes walking distance, Notre Dame only 5 minutes away. There is a Metro station that basically can go anywhere in Paris only two minutes walking from the apartment. Latin Quarter – do you really think you can get a better spot than that???? That is where all the actions in Paris is ? ?. And yet the apartment is so quiet for a good night sleep since it is not facing the road. I felt like I went back 2 – 3hundred years ago and was living the charm of Paris at the time. It was cold, very cold winter, but your apartment was a great nest, good heating and very cozy. I have traveled a lot through out Europe and always stayed either at friend’s houses or hotels. I stayed in 4 star hotels that are never close to the comfort that your apartment offers. I am definitely coming back to Paris and I’ll make sure to write you guys ahead of time to check if I can re-use your apartment. Thanks again. It was a pleasure spending the holidays in your apartment.
