The Margate is a 29 story luxury condominium located in Kingston Plantation. Our unit features three bedrooms and three private baths. All bedrooms have access through sliding doors to a huge wrap around deck.
The ocean and plantation views are spectacular from each room. The master bedrooms features a king size suite with a corner whirlpool tub and separate shower. Double bowl vanities and a large walk-in closet make you feel at home.
This also features a 20 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The second master suite offers tremendous privacy. You enter through your own set of double doors to another king size suite and a private deck.
This rooms has a 20 inch flat screen TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds and two trundle beds, and your own private bath. This room offers a sliding door onto the wrap-around deck, with color TV and DVD player. The living area has a large mirco-fiber couch and a large double miro-fiber chair that converts to a twin sleeper.
Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre, master planned ocean front community. It features freshwater lakes, rolling wooded terrain, beautiful dunes and secluded beaches. The plantation offers a great health and fitness center with indoor racket ball, weight room, indoor pool and aerobic classes.
There are numerous clay tennis courts. There are 11 pools and a kid splash pool featuring a two story waterfall, along with a lazy river pool. Kingston is located only minutes from the Carolina Opry and North Myrtle beach shopping.
