We rented this home Oct/Nov 2011. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos and was very clean and well maintained. You feel at home the minute you walk in the door. There are even a few groceries in the house if you don't want to hit the stores the minute you land. You just replace what you use before you leave. How refreshing the owners still believe in the honor system. The owners are nice and very accomodating. We enjoyed all there is to do in Sun City Grand and in the town of Surprise, especially the Worldlife Zoo. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.
Recommended for:Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed at Don and Judy's rental home in Sun City Grande during July/August 2011. There home is so well appointed that it looks like a model home and is very comfortable and clean. It is located within an outstanding retirement community that is beautifully landscaped everywhere and loaded with amenities. The Nichols are very professional - you have written instructions on how to use everything in the home, when the trash is picked up, etc. - they have thought of everything you need to know to have a trouble free stay. They are a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend their home without any hesitation.

We rented Don and Judi's Sun City Grand home for the month of April, and found them to be honest, fair, and friendly in our contact with them. The house is comfortably equipped, well-laid out, and warmly decorated. We had a wonderful vacation and offer a cheerful "recommend" if you are considering this rental.

We stayed at the Nicholls house from Jan thru March 2007 and enjoyed it very much. The house is comfy and cozy and you feel at home right away. It is decorated beautifully. We were very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the house was as far as all the necessities. We shared the house with my sister & brother-in-law and loved the area and stay so much that we bought a house. I would recommend this darling house to anyone and it was a pleasure dealing with the Nicholls.

My wife and I stayed in this home for the months of January, February and March. The home is very tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has every possible convenience you could want. Now for the toys - there are two TVs and each of them had cable with HBO and there was a CD player with the TV in the living room. There was also a stereo with CD player. In the eating area of the kitchen, there was a cable modem for my laptop computer and a printer. We live in an area of the country with only dial-up access to the Internet so to have cable access to the Internet was just short of heaven. The home is in an adult community with many, many activities. The owners had a loose-leaf notebook with phone numbers and information about restaurants and activities in the area - very helpful. In addition to four outstanding golf courses, there are walking trails throughout the community and exercise facilities in the community centers. We had a wonderful time and are happy to recommend this home. The home was great and the owners were outstanding. Thanks, Bill & Liz Beck
