This child-friendly, beautiful villa facing the south is located on a 1,500 m2 canal property. The garden is planted with sub-tropical palm trees and bushes. The fully air conditioned villa with 240 m2 of living space was built in 2006 and offers enough space for six people. With a lot of attention paid to detail, the house leaves nothing to be desired. The equipment was selected so that they can also handle longer stays. A large terrace with multiple seats and loungers and the heated pool (solar and/or electric heating) with its underwater lighting add to the comfort. If needed, a baby fence can be set up. A gas grill and a wood grill are available. The boat deck has a water and electricity connection. Of course, the house was built to handle hurricanes.
Despite the peaceful location, supermarkets, restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes.

            The villa has three large, comfortable, light bedrooms that are designed with a fluffy and high-quality carpet. In each of the bedrooms you will find TV's, commodes, seats and enough bedsheets which are also OK for longer stays. In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed, a cot can be provided. There are two large walk-in closets. A separate toilet, a bathroom, a large open shower and a large double vanity add to this bedroom. Towels can be found in the closet. In the guest area, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is also enough bedsheets here as well. In the master bathroom you will find the high bathroom with the pillars and the large double vanity of the room. An open walk-in shower and a cabinet with towels, the hotel bath mats, etc. complete the bathroom. A separate toilet is directly connected. The guest bathroom was also equipped with a very large vanity, a large shower with glass door and a toilet. In front of the guest bathroom you will find a large closet with the towels, etc. and is located between the guest rooms. All bathrooms have a hair dryer and a mirror cabinet.                 The exclusive, cosy Floridian interior gives off a comfortable atmosphere upon entrance. The equipment in the house is spacious. Thus, the living room moves into the fireplace and family room. The heart of the house is the completely equipped kitchen with a desk, telephone and fax. In the closet of the utility room you will find enough beach towels and coolers. In the garage you will find four bicycles and other beach equipment. The large terrace is divided into multiple areas with multiple seats. Of course, there are 6 loungers here with tables and sun umbrellas. For fishers, the dock has an electricity and water connection.                             In unserem nun 5. Urlaub in Cape Coral haben wir nun endlich unser Traumhaus gefunden. Das Haus ist viel schöner und geräumiger, als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Als wir, mit einer sehr guten Fahrtbeschreibung, ankamen, waren wir überwältigt. Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus, mit kalten Getränken ausgestattet, empfing uns. Die gesamte Ausstattung, ob im Haus, auf der Terrasse oder in der Garage, überwältigte uns. Für unsere Kleine stand das Kinderbettchen mit kompletter Bettwäsche, sowie der Hochstuhl auch schon parat. Die Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und gab uns viele Tipps. Eine sehr ausführliche Info-Mappe lag ebenfalls bereit. Ganz zu schweigen von all den Büchern und Spielen. Dass mein Mann die geangelten Fische gleich unten am Bootsdeck säubern konnte, hat mir dann auch einiges erleichtert. Und durch den Pool-Fence konnte unsere Kleine auch draußen mal kurz unbeaufsichtigt spielen. Wir haben auf jeden Fall schon wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht. Es war wirklich ein Urlaub zum entspannen in diesem luxuriösen Haus. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen! Liebe Grüße

                          Additional information about rental rates:

                          During the months July, August, September, we offer discounts upon request. In addition to the rental price, there is a security deposit of € 250. A deposit of € 300 must be paid with the binding booking/rental contract. Electricity costs up to $25 and taxes are included in the rental price. A KWh is charged with €0.13. Water costs are currently not due. For the final cleaning, $150 must be paid in cash before departure. For cleaning the grill, $30.00 is charged. The rest can be found under the booking conditions. The house can be moved in starting at 4:00 PM and is to be left on departure at 11:00 AM. Agreements possible.
                          The rental prices reduce for a longer stay of three weeks or more. Included in the rental price is the care through our German-speaking house management, the pool and garden service. If you lose the garage door opener, a fee of $ 120 will be charged. The owner does not take any liability for damages to the tenant that occur in or by the rental object. With a cancellation by the tenant 31 days before rental begins, a cancellation fee of 15% of the price will be charged, 50% starting on the 30th day and 80% on the 10th day. The owner is not liable for possible construction work going on. If small children are taken along, the baby fence must be set up for your children's protection. The landlord is not liable for accidents due to the non-compliance with local instructions.
                          The Sunshine Paradise villa is located in a peaceful residential area located on the canal. It was created for our private needs, but also for our guests. We have though of short term and long term guests and children. For example, there are enough books, toys, games and a WIFI connection. Thus, if there are cooler nights you can use the adequate wool blankets, which can also be washed. With a full booking of the house, you can sit together in the spacious areas, you can also separate if needed. For the grilling pleasure, a gas grill and a coal grill are available. During the cooler months, the pool can be heated with the solar heating and/or the electric heating. The underwater lighting provides for a comfortable atmosphere with impressive sunsets during the evenings.
