This spectacular end unit with designer touches features four bedrooms, three and one half baths and is located in Sea Colony’s sought after “Pine Lake Community”. Our smoke-free condominium overlooks beautiful Pine Lake. Sorry , no pets allowed.
We are also conveniently located just steps away from a heated pool and indoor fitness center. The shuttle stop is just at the end of our block which conveniently transports you to Sea Colony’s private beach and award winning tennis facility.
Our unit features all the comforts of home. It has beautiful lake views from most rooms and the wrap around porch. There is an open floor plan featuring a two story great room with gas fireplace, a large screened porch, eat in kitchen with granite counter tops and center island.
It boasts two Master Bedroom suites; the first floor with queen sized bed the and second floor with king sized bed and each with large whirlpool tubs.
The other two upstairs bedrooms each have three twin beds, private vanities and share a large Jack and Jill shower with two shower heads. The second floor loft also has a queen sized sleeper sofa. Our home features new designer furnishings and is decorated in a tasteful/fun beach motif.
