Our spacious three-bedroom townhouse is located in the fun and relaxing village of Point Venture. Point Venture is surrounded by the beautiful, cool, clean waters of Lake Travis (Texas’ clearest lake).
If you love boating, fishing, swimming or just relaxing and watching magnificent Texas sunsets this is the place for you. You can relax on one of our two decks and take in the lovely lake view or walk down a gentle grassy slope and jump in for a swim.Yes, the lake is in our backyard!
Our townhouse is clean and comfortable offering all the conveniences of home. Just pack your food, drinks, swimsuit and beach towels and you are ready for a great vacation.

Point Venture is a beautiful area on a private panoramic point in Lake Travis with activities for the whole family! In addition to having direct access to the best Lake in Texas to boat, sail, fish, dive, snorkel, water-ski, jet ski etc... You can take advantage of all the great Point Venture amenities. Activities to choose from include swimming in the Olympic sized pool, playing a round of golf on the beautiful and inexpensive nine hole course with practice putting green, driving range and pro shop (carts available for rent) or playing tennis on one of the six laykold courts. Point Venture has a full service marina, a 50 acre waterfront park with boat ramps, and is home to Austin's floating restaurant, The Pier on Lake Travis. Boat rental available in the area (boats can be delivered to the PV waterfront park for your convenience). In addition, there is a public 18 hole golf course and year round restaurants within 5 miles of Point Venture. At the end of the day you can relax and feed the deer while watching the magnificent Texas sunset over the lake from both of our back decks!
