Your home-away-from-home has almost 2,000 square feet of upgraded living space on a quarter acre lot with pool and spa, shaded patio with picnic table and outdoor furniture and room for the kids to play. Situated on a quiet, tree lined and very safe cul-de-sac street that ends at Stoddard Park, you can relax and enjoy your vacation in this pride of ownership neighborhood.Sit on the patio chairs and enjoy the Disney fireworks at night from the front yard!
The large dining room table can seat 12 or more, and looks out over the yard and pool. The livingroom has a couch, 2 loveseats and a recliner,cable tv, dvd/video player, stereo,and wireless internet access.(many Disney videos, CD's,cassettes and Nintendo 64.) The brick fireplace can be viewed by both rooms. These areas have oak hardwood flooring with area rugs.
There are 4 carpeted bedrooms with ceiling fans and televisions,and alarm clocks, the master with bath has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double and single bed, the third has a bunkbed and a posterpedic full bed, and the fourth has a bunk bed and another single .There is a crib and playpen available as well as 2 highchairs, stroller, a walker and many,many toys and fun things to keep your kids busy and to take care of your childcare needs. (even a baby monitor, so you can be in the yard while your baby naps.)
Past tenants have highly praised how "kid friendly" this home is. One person said her kids were having so much fun they didn't want to go to Disneyland! I have 4 kids myself and I know if they have things to do and can keep themselves busy, I get to have a vacation too!
The kitchen is completely furnished with a skylight and dinette set. Both bathrooms have blow dryers and curling irons and hot rollers. There is even a foot spa!Read the comments guests have left about the house!
There is a shopping center within walking distance that has a Food4Less grocery store, a Sav-on pharmacy, wonderful buffet called Hometown Buffet,great 98 cent store that has alot of small Disney things, pencil cases, pens and pencils, stickers, books, it changes all the time, take a look!) Bank of America, Big Lot store, KMart, Nickel, nickel (kids arcade), new Walgreens across from center.
There are four fast food places (Arby's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut), Hometown Buffett, Mexican and Italian restaurants, movie theatres close by, Blockbuster (movie rentals).
Disney Ice Skating rink (official training facility of the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim), Universal Studios, Getty Museum, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Long Beach Pike Including the Aquarium of the Pacific, Los Angeles Dodges Stadium, Arrowhead Pond, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Big Bear lake resort area, Catalina Island, San Diego, Balboa Island.
The Crystal Cathedral is not to be missed (The Hour of Power is filmed there weekly!), there are beaches close by and if you come in the right season, you can ski in the morning and go to the beach in the afternoon! (The mountains are close, too) California is great! The house is centrally located close to all the freeways, and the house has many maps, Thomas Guides and information. We live locally and would be available to give you directions or suggestions, or whatever you need! It will be a vacation you'll never forget!

Hi! Welcome to my home! Have a wonderful vacation!! I am a Real Estate Agent in Southern California and rent out this house and another home as vacation rentals. I love helping my guests plan their special vacations! I have met the most wonderful people from all over the world! I couldn't ask for a better job!
Why the Owner Chose Anaheim
We moved to Anaheim in 1985. I love Disneyland and Mickey Mouse! (when you get to the house, you will notice that fact! Lots of Mickeys everywhere!) I love the little neighborhood, it is an older, established neighborhood, where everyone knows and takes care of each other. My neighbors will help you if you need something. They are great and love my guests as well. Yet, right out of the neighborhood, there are stores and it is convenient to get everywhere!
The Unique Benefits of this House
My house is very comfortable and kid friendly. Everything you could need is there! Fun for big and little kids alike! There is a wonderful playroom in the garage, you might lose your little ones out there!! they will have a blast! The backyard is my very favorite place. Lots of flowers, very private, so very relaxing! I miss my yard! People tell me they love sitting outside early in the morning having their coffee, watching the birds and just listening to the quiet. It is so peaceful and a great way to start your day!

Wyndie, We sure enjoyed the conveinience and coziness of your Mouse House. It's in such a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, that you'd never guess it's so close to EVERYTHING! There was plenty of room for the 11 of us to live and play. The kids were happy that we took days off to just enjoy the pool and toys. Sometimes the amount of things like books, magazines and toys was overwhelming, but whenever we needed something, it was findable! We were grateful for the strollers on long days at Disneyland. Thank you for the "personal" touch...so different from staying in a crowded hotel. We would recommend it to others. Thanks again! The Koch Kamotion :)

We were super impressed. Even before leaving, we had to comment and sign the guest book. Kids had a blast in the pool and playroom. Water was great. Disneyland and the line up were alright too. We'd endorse this place any time.

Dear Wyndie Us kids had fun in the pool, it was a blast! I wish that we could come back because all of the sun is nice. I hope the people next have a blast too. We began 2011 with such great memories. We loved the house -so nice to go "home" after the fun-filled 5 days of Disneyland. We made the most of our time.Have nothing to complain about except the weather, but we bundled up after the first shock. Being from Oregon, the rain didn't stop us either. Thanks so much for sharing your house. we'll be back-maybe next time in warmer weather, but the first time for our 2 grandkids,Brook-5and Hunter-71/2was so magical with all the Christmas lights & deco

Happy Holidays! 5 years ago, when our grandson was born, we decided to take hime to Disneyland when he was 5 years old. The trip was amazing with our kids and grandkids under one roof. It was a very Merry Christmas too! I can't think of anything that wasn't here for us--and then some! Thank you. Everyone said "it felt like a home" We'll be back!! Love & Hugs

This "Mickey Mouse House" could also be called the "House of Abundance". We found an abundance of dishes, toys, games, towels, information, and of course, Mickey Mouses.
