Luxurious pillow-top mattresses sleep eight comfortably, with a king-size bed in one bedroom, two queen-size beds in the second bedroom, another king-size bed in the third bedroom, with a bonus queen sleeper in the living room area. The dining area seats six and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats three.
Granite countertops and natural maple cabinets are new features in the kitchen and wet-bar. A well stocked gourmet-style kitchen includes fiesta-ware dishes, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and even a hotel-style icemaker . Each bath features new natural maple cabinets, a large oversized cultured marble tub, and double vanity. The laundry includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
Even the floors have received a dramatic facelift with new Tuscan porcelain tiles and tile accents throughout the unit . New bedroom carpets make it seem like the beach extends right through the floor to ceiling glass to the edge of your room.
This condo is located on the famous sugar-white beaches of Panama City Beach. Centrally located, you are a short walk or drive to great restaurants, shopping, family entertainment, golf, and more. Pineapple Willy's and Pompano's are two favorites just a short walk away.
Long Beach Resort features a magnificent 1300 feet of beach and beautifully landscaped, tropical grounds, a 6800-square-foot lagoon pool with palm tree islands and waterfalls, two heated pools, three hot tubs, "The Hang Out" pool-side bar and grill, two lighted tennis courts, umbrella and chair rental, parasailing, and jet skis.

Year Purchased: 2004
As refugees from snowy Michigan we wanted a great place to call home-away-from home. Four kids and awesome friends helped us make a great decision to choose Panama City Beach!
Why the Owner Chose Long Beach Resort
We "discovered" Panama City Beach in 1989 when our son was only 2 . The greatest beach in the world kept us coming back year after year . Since then we have collected three daughters and a whole lot of friends and family who vacation with us. Our new airport and reasonable drive from Michigan make PCB a natural destination.
We love our condo's bedrooms that each have floor to ceiling glass and each face the Gulf. No fighting over who gets stuck with the room facing the parking lot!
Our plan to keep our place forever keeps us making improvements every year. This has also translated into our renters becoming "family" and returning year after year.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We chose Long Beach Resort for its great central location. Halfway between St. Andrews State park snorkeling and Pier Park. Super Walmart is a block and a half away for those million things you need on vacation. Our favorite dinners out with family have to include a trip to Mikato Japanese Steak House and Margaritaville or for a cheap but great meal at 5 Guys at Pier Park. For an awesome fine dining experience Firefly is our ritual EVERY time we go to PCB. Bonefish Grill is tough to beat too. Carrabbas is the ultimate for a big family takeout order . We have ordered a big variety of food for a night when we just didn't want to leave the beach. They deliver right to your door. Hot and reasonable!
For swimsuits and adding to the t-shirt collection don't forget Shipwreck(right across the street from the condo) or Salty Dog(West on Front Beach about 8 blocks).

We have stayed here for the last several years. We love this condo at Long Beach. It has everything you can ever need at your finger tips. It is always in perfect condition and waiting for our family to arrive. The location is central to anything you would want to do in Panama City Beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay at the beach.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This year will be our third straight year staying in this condo. As nice as the pictures are, they don't do it justice. This condo is in the perfect location, the perfect tower, and on a floor thats low enough to walk up to and high enough to view the entire beach. If we were going to buy a condo in Panama City Beach, this unit would be the one we would want. The remodeled kitchen is gorgeous and the addition of the flat screen tv made movie night a favorite for everyone. We have stayed at the Long Beach at least ten years in a row and all the other condos pale in comparison. This condo was also the cleanest unit we ever stayed in. And to top it all off, the owners are wonderful to deal with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
