Stay in our newly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa and ENJOY THE VIEW!
Our villa is a ground level, corner unit located in the quiet Harbour Point neighborhood in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The large master bedroom features a KING bed, full bathroom, entertainment center, and walk-in closet. The best part is the wonderful LAKE/LINKS VIEW through the sliding glass doors. The second bedroom has two TWIN beds for the kids, a TV, and another full bath. And if that isn’t enough sleeping space, the sofa in the living room has a pull out QUEEN bed. The villa is perfect for families, couples, or golfers. No smoking, please.
Relax in the very comfortable living room and kick back after a long day at the beach or on the golf course. A big screen TV with VCR and DVD player is perfect for catching the latest sports or watching an evening movie with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing gourmet meals, but also works just as well for a quick snack at the breakfast bar.
One of the nicest features of the villa is the large deck overlooking the lake and golf course. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cool drink while you watch the golfers, ducks, and pelicans. Cook out on the gas grill and have dinner in the evening breeze off the bay.
The Harbour Point neighborhood is located on the bayside of Sandestin Resort with a beautiful view of the Choctowhatchee Bay. It has its own private swimming pool with pool side furniture and a sun deck for sunning and relaxation, just a few steps from the villa. Harbor Point is convenient to the beach, golf courses, and everything else that Sandestin has to offer.
You’ll never forget the miles of pristine, wide, glorious beach.
Sandestin has everything you need on your vacation - shopping, dining, and entertainment are all right in the resort. Play golf on one of four championship courses, or tennis on one of the 15 championship tennis courts. At the marina, you can dock your own boat or rent everything from kayaks to jet skis. The Village of Baytowne Wharf has over 40 shops, bars, and restaurants, with live music and seasonal fireworks. There are miles of bicycle trails and a tunnel under the highway so you can easily ride to the beach.
There’s no need to leave Sandestin until your vacation is over, although the resort is close to other great Destin restaurants and shopping. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a mile down Highway 98, and Destin Commons is just a little further.
Enjoy vacationing in our Sandestin home!

Excellent location, and the windows provide lots of light and a great view of the golf course and lagoon. The condo is adequately equipped with all kitchen and bath necessities and is well maintained. We vacationed here with our 3 small children, the youngest being 1 1/2 years old. She slept in a pack n play in the master closet and the other 2 kids were comfy in the room w/twin beds. The place is clean, well kept, and is on the main level which makes hauling stuff alot easier. The boys enjoyed fishing in the lagoon out back and the back porch was a delight. We rented bikes and toured the Sandestin beach resort and drove to the beach each day. We also went over to the Baytowne Wharf area a couple of nights, a big hit with our 3 & 5 year old.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

All the information in the VRBO description was accurate and the photos do show the wonderful view from the unit. The large deck is shaded for much of the day so even on the warmest of days it is enjoyable. The unit is well maintained and the owner answered our questions and was easily available. We would definitely rent this unit again if our travel plans take us to the Destin area. The entire Sandestin resort complex is a wonderful quiet paradise apart from the busy Rte.98 and congested Destin area. Plenty of adventure activities nearby. The Gulf waters are gorgeous but also try the small bayside beach if the Gulf gets a little rough for little ones to play. This nationally administered public beach (brown sign) is just about 1 mile past Destin on Rte.98 on the right (bayside)-very calm water, uncrowded, very close parking. Tons of all kinds of shopping very near Sandestin.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in the Sandestin area with our 10 month old baby. The condo was so nice, clean, and felt like home! The owners were so helpful and were willing to answer questions and talk directly with us on several occasions. There are bike trails every where and the condo is very close to the beach! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing vacation. We are planning on coming back! :)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
