Front of House, Front Porch, Circular Driveway - Lebanon Springs in the Berkshires BERKSHIRES; AVAIL. WINTER SKI SEASON, &/OR FALL, SPRING, SUMMER. For the winter, I am 10 minutes from Jiminy Peak, and charge 1/2 their rates. Have the convenience of the slopes, and the privacy of a lovely home. I do allow pets; Jiminy doesn't. My house is truly COMFORTABLE and lovely, like a charming New England country inn. Attractive wallpaper in all rooms. A large living room has six French doors, six windows, a wood-burning Victorian fireplace, comfortable furniture. The second living room doubles as a large "TV room" and/or office, and has it's own fireplace. This second living room is also a great separate playroom for families with children. Beautiful dining room, plus kitchen with an eat-in bay window area. In addition, there's a dining room, and two living rooms, a screened porch, a bathroom, a den (which could sleep two), and a front porch. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, comfortably appointed, and a bathroom. There is also a barn which can be used as a painting studio or storage area. There are lovely dishes, silverware, etc., plus all linens are included. Not your typical rental house; it's a beautiful, well-cared for home. Lots of photos on website listed below I am centrally located between Lenox, Williamstown, Stockbridge, and Chatham, near all Berkshires cultural activities (Tanglewood, Williams Theatre, Berkshire Theatre Festival) etc. Swim Queechy Lake in summer, five minutes away. Tennis, one minute. Nearest house two acres away. Big back yard. Private. Waterfall across the road.

Winter Season - 3 month minimum; $3,000/mo + utilities.  Will give a
10% Discount for longer rental.
Fall Season - starting October 1st - $2,500/mo.

Available Summer - Memorial Day thru Labor Day - $12,000 for season
$5,500 for one month.
