Cute Cottage on the North end of Long Lake between Bridgton and Harrison. This property is located in the Lakes Region in SE Maine. Well-kept family cottage is very private and will sleep up to 8 guests. 2 BR on first floor,(BR1, 1Q; BR2 2 Twin bunkbeds sleeps 4), and 1BR on second floor ( 1Q; 2 futons).

Heavily wooded natural landscaping has those great picture postcard views from the first floor windows. First floor has an open floor plan, the second floor has a large Master Bedroom with outstanding sunrise views. Wood burning stove on first floor to take the chill out of those cool nights.

Enjoy the large permanent dock with great fishing, swimming, and boating on your own private, 120 foot lake-front access. A shallow sandy area is just a few steps down to the lake. Over 40 miles of boating on a chain of three beautiful Maine lakes. Bring your boat and watercraft. We have docking accomodations for 1 boat up to 22'.

Area attractions include loads of Antique Dealers in the local area towns such as Bridgton, Freyburg, Norway, and Harrison; Fly Fishing, Canoing and Rafting Trips on the Saco River; Powerboat and Sailboat Rentals in nearby Harrison, and at the Causeway in Naples. Golf at fine area Golf Courses like Sebago, Sunday River, and our local course in Bridgton. Many nearby restaurants and of course, the Lake Region's outstanding fall foliage.

Railroad and History buffs will love researching information on The Bridgton and Saco River Narrow Gage Railroad that serviced the tourist trade during the late 1800's. It ran from Bridgton to Harrison at the turn of the 20th Century. (You can see the old roadbed that ran across our property.)

We offer a 8 day, 7 night rental. Check-in is 3:00 pm on Saturday and Check-out is 10:00 am on the following Saturday. Call for weekend availability in the Spring and Fall.

When you decide to make a reservation, contact us and we will mail you a Rental Agreement. We will hold your reservation upon receiving 50% of the rental, and a $400.00 security deposit. The remaining balance of the rent will be due 90 days before your arrival. When we have the agreement, and the rental deposits, we will mail you a Confirmation Letter along with the directions to the property and the code used to get in the house.

We will attempt to honor cancellations 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, but there is a 20% cancellation fee.

In the event you book within 90 days of your arrival date, we request the entire rental and security deposit be paid with a money order or cashiers check, and are not refundable.

Smoking is allowed outside. Please be considerate with your "butts"; No Smoking in the house, please.
