This townhouse villa is in a great location,within walking or biking to Harbour Town, with its unique shops and restaurants, and an easy bike ride to the beach. Right outside the patio doors is the #1 green of the famous Harbour Town Golf Links.
This villa has recently been totally renovated. The kitchen cabinets are maple with a chocolate-glaze and the countertops are granite with tumbled marble splashbacks. All bathrooms have new vanities, sinks, and ceramic tile. The living room and dining room are very light and spacious with a cathedral ceiling. There is a 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD and all the furniture is new, in a blue and white decor. The whole first floor is ceramic tile.
Downstairs is a bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. Upstairs is a large bedroom with two queen beds, dressing room, and private bath. The third bedroom has twin beds with private bath.
Non-Smoking. No Pets. 1 Hour per Day FREE TENNIS at the Harbourtown Racquet Club is included.
