Built in the early 1900’s, this historic and cozy home is a relaxing gathering place for family and/or friends to enjoy Lake Sunapee and surrounding areas. East shore location yields dramatic beachfront sunsets and clear water and gentle, sloping sandy bottom is perfect for young children. Large private beach just steps from the home.

Ten minutes from New London (groceries and shopping) and Mount Sunapee ski area, 20 minutes to Mount Kearsarge, and plenty of other hiking and walking trails are in close proximity. This is a three season home, as it is not winterized.

On the first floor is a kitchen with all modern necessities, two screened in porches, dining room with views of the beach/lake and a large living room with a wood stove and plenty of play space for children. There is a half bath as well with a washer and dryer.

On the second floor there four bedrooms each with two twin beds and a master bedroom with a king bed. One of the twin rooms can be made into a king bed and there is extra bedding to do so. The master bedroom and two of the twin rooms have water views. A crib is also available.
