I have been in he Lake of the Ozarks area about 16 years and been in property management for the last 14. I really like having people rent from me and have a wonderfull vacation. I manage several properties condos and homes. If this does not suite your needs please check out my other properties.
Why the Owner Chose Osage Beach
It is a wonderful place to live and you meet people from all over the country. Our winters are not very cold and if it is cold it only lasts a couple of days. We are becoming more of a full time residence which brings in more businesses.
The Unique Benefits of this House
As I live here full time I am involved in Real Estate Sales and Property Management and on several committies. I help co sponsor the Christmas Parade which raises money for Kids Harbour.
