EARLY RESERVATION DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE. Spiral staircase takes you to the loft where the pool table awaits you. There is a flat panel television with DVD & VCR, four speaker stereo with CD and cassette to entertain you while stepping out onto the sundeck that overlooks the ski slopes of Big Boulder.
The main floor has a fully appointed kitchen with four stool bar area, dining table, wood stove, and outdoor deck. Also on the main floor are three bedrooms, two with Queen-size mattresses, one with full-size mattress and one full bath. The ground floor has a cable television with DVD & VCR, fireplace, ping pong table, queen-size sofabed, two bedrooms both with Queen-size mattresses, full bath, as well as clothes washer and dryer. And for the most exciting new addition, a cedar Finnish Sauna. Do you really want to immerse yourself in someone elses skin cells as you would in a hot tub?
We've just added a DSL line for wireless internet access or bring an ethernet cable should you not have a wireless card! We've also added a high chair, crib/playpen and a baby gate so you don't have to transport your own should you be travelling with little ones.

Nestled between Big Boulder and Jack Frost Ski Areas and close to Camelback. Pocono Raceway and The Crossings outlet shopping are only minutes away. Lake Harmony allows Personal Water Craft (PWC), water-skiing, canoeing, power and sail boating. There is a private beach for guests of Lake Harmony Estates. So much more to do!!

Evelyn is an Assistant Professor in the Registered Nursing program at Bucks County Community College, Pennsylvania and Bob is taking a break from the pet industry where he began in 1969. Geez, he's getting old, don't you think? We have far too many hobbies, however our most favorite would unquestionably be winemaking. Samples for adults are always available, logistics permitting!
Why the Owner Chose Lake Harmony
Being winemakers ourselves, Ev & I came to Lake Harmony many years ago to attend the Great Tastes of Pennsylvania Wine Festival. We parked at Big Boulder and took the shuttle bus to Split Rock and said "What a beautiful place! Maybe someday we could own a home here!" Well, we took the plunge and have loved every moment since.

This was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 8 children. The home is beautiful, spacious and well-cared for. There's lots to do, and skiing and water park just 5 minutes away, and great hiking at Hickory Run State Park just a 20 minute drive away. We pulled together a great New Years Eve dinner so the kitchen is well appointed as well. Families with toddlers will want to block the circular stairway up to the top level, but it's great for everyone else.
Recommended for:Pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was a wonderful place to stay! We were there for the Pennsylvania 500 and the house was about 15 minutes away from the racetrack. It was so convenient and very close to everything. The house was amazing and perfectly clean. Everything was provided there so we were able to cook breakfast and other meals. It felt like a home away from home. The pool table and ping pong table provided a lot of entertainment and there was more than enough space in the house so no one felt cramped. Bob and Ev were extremely nice to work with and were prompt with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay there again and will be recommending this place to other friends and family.

My family and i (10 people, Plus our 2 dogs) stayed there for a week (7/22/11 - 7/29/11), and it was such a wonderful time, between the deer coming every morning and evening to greet us, we also were lucky enough to see a huge Black moma bear and her three cubs digging through the trash at the end of the cul-de-sac on our 3rd morning there!, what a wonderful morning surprise that was....It was so peaceful sitting on the deck at night, playing cards, listening to music and watching the momma deer nurse their fawns. The kids loved visiting what we call "baby boulder field" down the street.. The kids (us adults too) also LOVED using the pool and ping-pong tables.. I have full intentions on coming back again soon. Ev & I just explored the web to find a place to stay in Wildwood, NJ. Ev's 93 year old aunt has a home there and we wanted to visit while she spent the summer. Searching for hotels, I found the best rating was barely over 2 stars. Most of the reviews were of the "Don't stay here" ilk. I'm sorry, if I ever received a comment like that I'd do some serious soul searching. I cannot block any review, nor should I, but we truly want you to be ecstatic with your choice of our home. We had a wonderful stay at the Grace's Lake Harmony Home. The house was perfect for us & had everything we needed. The location was great, the street was quiet & we could easily take 6 small kids for a walk on the road. The beach was great, our only complaint was that it didn't open until 11:00. Bob was MOST helpful leading up to & during our stay, thank you much!!! I would recommend this rental to friends.

What a wonderful experience! I brought my family from Singapore up to Poconos for the weekend and they were impressed with their stay. I must say that it was the highlight of their trip to the US! The little children were kept busy with the books and the gameboards that was available at the loft; while the adults entertained themselves with ping pong and snooker (and snowboarding at Big Boulder and Jack frost which are only a few minutes away!!). The most wonderful thing of all is that Bob always replies promptly to all my queries. Thanks Bob! - Hezalin

this is a perfect location any season of the year!! the house is lovingly maintained, spacious and loaded with amenities. there is so much to do in the area you can return again and again and find new delights/sights or just enjoy the solitude.

our hats off to graces there home in the pocono mountains is very beautiful and close to everything you could want the inside of the home is amazing the graces are the nicest people to deal with .so if you are going to stay in the beautiful pocono mountain of pa ..take it from me you will have the best time of your life at this spectacular pocono mountain chalet. thanks again for a great time we will be returning in the fall and winter.... thanks again JOHN - DEBBIE WHITEHALL PA
