Well what can I say that ain't been said already. This is our second time back to your villa and thank you once again Gareth and Kathy for a brillent holiday. Your villa is so clean and spacious. The new snooker table was just brill for the older kids in our party and kept them entertained 24/7! Of course most days were spent at the parks and your location to disney is perfect. Emerald Island resort feels 100% safe and all the staff that work there are really friendly. My 4 year old daughter said there are lots of beds and a wicked house to play hide and seek. I was there with my immediate family, all 16 of us and not once did I feel over crowded. We are all looking forward to our next Florida expereince and will stay at your villa again. Hello Gareth. We wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had at Casa Esmeralda. The house accommodated all 15 of us comfortably. We especially enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and spa. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and we appreciated the security of the gated community. We are already planning our next trip!

Hi Gareth, Really enjoyed our stay in your home at Emerald Island - perfectly situated for the Disney Parks etc and we felt safe in the gated community. The pool was exceptionally clean, and the villa of a high standard with plenty of linen, towels,crockery etc for all 10 of us. Will definately recommend to friends.Best villa we have stayed in so far.Thanks

We were very pleased with the communications during the enquiry and booking process. The house looked great and was even better than we had thought from the pictures. Everything was in order and obviously well managed. We have been to Florida and Orlando on three previous occasions and stayed in the Davenport area (Highlands reserve twice and Hampton Lakes once) and much preferred the Emerald Islands location for convenience and security. We would happily recommend Casa Esmeralda to others.

The house was wonderful! Upon arrival everything was clean and working properly. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was in good shape, there were plenty of linens, and everything was great. We felt very safe with the gated entry and we enjoyed the workout room in the clubhouse, the volleyball court, and the tot lots. We had a wonderful time and if we ever vacation again in Orlando we will definitely stay at casa Esmeralda.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Florida staying at this property. The amenities at the house are superb and the information provided by the owner prior to departure and by the management company during our stay was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anybody else looking for a Florida villa vacation close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions. We are already considering booking a return trip next year.

Good morning Gareth Just wanted to send you a note on what a great stay we had at your villa. We had soooo much room. We were completely satisfied with the wonderful accommodations and we all now know what the rave is about the beds. They were so comfortable, I think we will all be going mattress shopping in the near future. The children wanted to stay longer( as did the adults) and when I told them you were coming to stay, they thought the house was big enough that we could all stay there with you. Hopefully you have as nice of weather as we had! I can't say enough great things about your villa and we look forward to staying there again. We are already talking about our next vacation. Hey Gareth, just wanted to let you know that the house was absolutely perfect. It was big, very very nicely decorated which created a nice atmosphere for us, and to top it off it was only about 5 minutes away from the park..the pool was really hot which was great b/c it was really cold in orlando last weekend..we enjoyed the big screen and surround sound system, and the pool table provided a lot of entertainment as well...we're already talking about the next trip to orlando and we definately would love to rent Casa Esmeralda again...thank you for everything, we had an awesome weekend Pete

Mr. Jones, If anyone renting from you ever wants to email or talk to someone who has stayed at your house, feel free to give them my name. I can't thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The pictures do not do the home justice. It is absoulely beautiful. We took care of it as if it were our own also. The house is decorated beautifully and is maintained spotless. Our group, and myself personally have stayed in 5 star condos/timeshares and places all over Florida and none can even come close to be compared with your home. There were eight pilots (seven others and myself) there and they all kept thanking me for finding such a nice place. We could not have been happier. We flew over to Lakeland each day from the Kissimmee airport and had a great time. It was great to come home to such a gorgeous place to relax. In past years, we all came back to individual rooms and it was especially nice to be able to sit in the family room or on the patio by the pool and just talk as a group. Again, the place is beautilful and all aggreed we had never stayed any where as big or nice. Thanks for everything, Mike Norton PS I think the group will want to rent again next year. We are trying to find out the dates now.
