Cozy three bedroom, one bath with an open kitchen and den area. A true beach cottage on the sand dunes overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Interior is bright and airy with plenty of windows. The propane wall heater will take the chill off at night.

Sleeping accommodations include two rooms with a double bed in each and a third bedroom with a bunk bed containing a single on top and a double bed on the bottom (perfect for the kids). The patio is furnished with adirondack chairs for four, a picnic table and a propane grill. Kitchen is simple but capable. Lobster pot is provided. Bathroom has stand-up shower, no tub.

Located north of scenic 6A on Northshore Boulevard in the historic town of East Sandwich. Get all the beauty of Cape Cod while remaining close to the Bourne and Sagamore bridges. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee walking the shore or fish the mouth of Scorton Creek just down the beach. The high point of the day is low tide when the tidal flats are at their peak and the shallow water warms in the sun.
