The private rear yard has a gas grill and picnic table and the house is only a three minute walk to the private beach. Two other beaches are only a five minute drive from here. Association tennis courts, basketball court, clubhouse and playground are only a block away.
The smoke-free home sits on a quiet side street ideal for walking and biking and yet is just minutes away from two five star restaurants and downtown Saybrook with its shops, antique and furniture stores and pastry shops. Shopping centers and malls are close by but traffic by the house is almost non-existent allowing for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
The first floor has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, half bath, dining room and open living room with cathedral ceiling. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath and the finished basement has a pull out sofa that sleeps two. It also has a TV and serves as a quiet spot for reading and relaxing.
