  We (our family of four - 2 being teenage daughters) had a very enjoyable stay in this little (and I do emphasize little) apartment. The bed that my husband and I slept on was very comfortable and the bedroom was a decent size. The sofa bed and trundle that our girls slept on were also very comfortable - they had no complaints. The apartment was clean and functional. We especially appreciated the use of the washing machine and drying rack. The bathroom is very tiny with a very tiny shower - hopefully the shower drainage concern has been attended to - again, no real complaints - we were able to take it all in stride and appreciate the uniqueness of our accommodations. Although there is an elevator in the building, we did not use it (it was only big enough to allow our two slender daughters to get in) and walked up the stairs to the apartment. The neighbourhood is fabulous and we walked to Sacre Coeur, Moulin Rouge, Cookin With Class and the Dali Museum. Lots of places at which to eat and shop for fresh food. Local/public transportation was easy to access and got us to where we wanted to be without difficulty. Maricel greeted us and provided our orientation. She was quite knowledgeable and helpful. She was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

It is a very cozy apartment — definitely Parisian sized but it is much bigger than what you'll find at a hotel :-) We do apologize for the small shower drain problem and it has been attended to. I do want to let future guests know that this apartment doesn't have elevator access. The elevator you saw was for a different wing of the building. We hope to see you all again the next time you're in Paris.

  I had a wonderful time at Cozy Capreaux. The apartment looked exactly like the picture. It was clean, functional, and cozy. The apartment located in the residential area of Montmarte but was close to two metros and two bus lines. It was also very close to Rue Lepic where the market was located. Yetunde and her Feels Like Home in Paris (FLHP) team did an amazing job. The communication with Yetunde was easy. She was responsive. Ann Marie was at the apartment waiting for me and provided detailed walk through of the apartment. They also had good recommendations regarding restaurants, things to do. Finally, there was a storm when I was in Paris and cut off internet and phone access. Yetunde was at the apartment next day morning to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Cozy Carpeaux and FLHP to anyone who are planning to go to Paris. I definitely feel like a part time local living in Paris.

  Our stay at Cozy Carpeau was everything that we could have wished for. We were met by Yetunde on arrival and given a comprehensive guide to the apartment as well as some tips on getting around Paris and things to do and see. As suggested, we used the buses rather than the underground and were rewarded with a good bus service, ease of access and seeing much more of Paris than we would have seen had we used the underground. The apartment is a residential area but still within walking distance of shops, restaurants, underground and buses. We were given plenty of ideas for places to eat and things to do. The apartment lived up to its name, small but cosy and we immediately felt at home. We would have no hesitation in booking with ‘Feels like home in Paris’ in the future and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  The "Cozy Carpeaux" apartment at "Feels Like Home in Paris" was a joy to come home to. Quiet, yet in the city, it was warm and conveniently located near the bus and a short walk to the Metro, Sacre Couer, and the rest of Montmartre. It rained cats & dogs for 6 days when I was there, so you know I spent a lot of tiume in the room. But it was OK. Right outside the front door is a creperie with really good food, s one didn't have to go far to eat. I'd have to say the bathroom sink and shower stall were awful small, but with a nice fridge and stove, fresh paint, nice fixtures, TV, computer, and phone that calls to the US w/o extra charge to the customer, it's hard not to love the place.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

  We stayed for 4 nights with our 6 months baby girl. The apartment suited exactly all our needs: The separated bedroom was in good size. The kitchen is small but comfortable and fully equipped. The only downside is the tiny bathroom - but somehow we managed. The location is not in the center but the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Only five minutes walking to the bus station or the Metro. In total it was a great experience - great choice for a couple with small child. Thank you Yetunde for your hospitality!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+.

  We had an absolutely great time at Cozy Carpeaux in Paris! I was there in late June 2010 with my wife, 18-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter. There was a comfortable bed in the bedroom and the sofa couch in the living room that conveniently split into two separate beds for the kids. Cozy Carpeaux’s location was wonderful – easy access via the nearby Guy Moquet metro stop to the museums, Notre Dame, etc. We loved staying so close to Sacre Coeur – hanging out there in the evening was wonderful, with the fantastic views, beautiful architecture and entertaining people-watching. We even loved the little crepes restaurant right next door to Cozy Carpeuax – the food was very good (for sure not the #1 gourmet experience Yetunde would point you to, but we thought it was fine). Plus, the owners were super-friendly and the ambience was charming. Cozy Carpeaux had all the amenities we like – stove, fridge, etc. so we could prepare our own food when we wanted to. A plus was the Mac; we left our notebook PCs at home, but the Mac allowed us to reconnect a bit – no other place we stayed in Europe had a computer available…. The A/C was handy to cool off the apartment in the evening, but there was great ventilation with the windows open so we didn’t need A/C much. Yetunde and her assistant Stacey were always available and quick to respond to questions, both before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to work with. Note: we’d recommend that you take a cab from CdG airport, especially if you’re 3 or more people. It cost us perhaps 10 euro more to go by cab than to come in by train, and the reduced hassle and delay by cab made it vastly worthwhile. Enjoy your time at Cozy Carpeaux! We sure did!
