Come and Enjoy Island life. Our spacious, smoke-free condominium has over 1400 square feet all on the first floor. We completely recarpeted, repainted, and newly equipped this unit in 2004-05 to provide you with all the comforts of home.
If you've never been to Saint Simons Island, it's a beautiful and peaceful environment. It is not too commercialized like many beach communities. Our condominium is situated in a wooded, secluded community with a pool just a short walk from your front door.
In the immediate area there is shopping for every need: supermarkets and convenience stores, gift stores, clothing stores, and antique stores.
There is no shortage of things to do including gorgeous scenery, nature trails, sandy beaches, fishing, intriguing historical sites, museums and art galleries, live theater, casino cruises in season, carriage rides, movie theaters, and boat, canoe, bike, and horse rentals.
Our condo is located on the bike trail. We have 6 adult-size bikes available. These can be used for your use for the duration of your stay for no extra charge. (Helmets not included. Ride at your own risk.)
You may want to take time to explore Christ Church, Fort Frederica, and the Saint Simons Lighthouse. You could also take a day trip to Cumberland Island, Jekyll Island or to the Okefenokee Swamp Park in Waycross.
Eat at some of the best restaurants that the Island has to offer at Redfern Village.
Visit East Beach or Massengale Park for the best swimming on the Island. - just five miles away. These are public beaches with lots of parking.
Don't feel like going out - this condo features cable TVs, DVD, VCRs, a collection of movies, games and puzzles. Great rainy day activities.
We provide a computer with DSL Internet access so you can "stay connected" during your visit.
Just minutes from the beach, swimming pool with childrens' wading pools close by, another swimming pool within walking distance of your front door, 27 holes of golf (fee), Fitness facility (fee), 3 tennis courts (1 free), and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. As our guest you will receive membership privileges at Sea Palms Golf and Tennis Resort during your stay.
Location is the key. At our condo you will experience the quiet you need on vacation with easy access to everything on and off the island.

Horners - Where to begin -- Your villa is absolutely lovely! There was nothing missing -- even a computer which kept our 15 year old in touch with friends. We loved the pools and had them to ourselves mostly. Enjoyed East Beach, Jekyll and Driftwood Beach. Dave and I visited Fort Frederica and Christ Church and had a great time. Our first day we went with Duane Harris, naturalist, out to Hampton Marina up the intracoastal and some creeks then out Doughboy Sound a couple of miles offshore and south with a stop for lunch on Little St Simons and then back to Hampton -- absolutely wonderful trip. Duane knew history, flora, fauna and everything in between. We bought fresh crab and steamed them and had a feast. Otherwise we ate at 4th of May and Barbara Jean's -- Nancy lived on She-Crab Soup and Crabcakes! The girls liked the pools, hunting for shells, and, of course, shopping. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. It lives up to the ad on VRBO!

We had a great time at your condo and the many places on Saint Simons Island. We enjoyed feeding the fish, turtles, and ducks. We also used 2 of the bikes nearly every day. Your condo is very well equipped - a cook's dream in the kitchen and we slept well in your fine bed. We love this area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The master bed was very comfortable and we rested very well. We were able to spread out and live similarly to the way we do at home. You are doing a good job making the condo comfortable. The Beach Club is a nice amenity and was used by us daily. Saint Simons was a very positive vacation experience. Thank you for your hospitality. If we return to St Simons for a vacation, we will certainly consider staying here again.

What a blessing this was for our ministry team. We loved the beaches and riding the bikes to Christ Church and Fort Frederica. Spankys was a treat - good food but not as crowded as the Village restaurants. We really are glad to have been able to stay here at your place.

This was a great getaway for us. We enjoyed the dining. We rode our bikes (great bike paths) to the Village and pier and shopping. You have a wonderful, spacious place - all very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting outside on the porch. 30 minutes to Jekyll Island and its great atmosphere. The movie theater behind Harris Teeter was great. We really appreciate the use of your place. It was great!

What a wonderful week we have had here in St. Simons. It is a beautiful island and your condo is so lovely, comfortable, and clean. We had everything we needed and it felt like home. We really enjoyed the much slower pace here on the Island. It was all so refreshing and relaxing. It is a very nice family atmosphere, but with plenty to do for my teenagers. We loved it!

Just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay at your condo on St. Simon's despite the bad weather. There was plenty of room to accommodate our family and your restaurant suggestions were all good. Every place we ate, we had good food and friendly service.
