Villa Rosalinda is a wonderful quality villa in a quiet, preserved, exclusive residential area in Cap d’Ail facing south with a spectacular panoramic sea view.

The villa is “semi-detached”, but it is so well done, that it is hardly noticeable and it is totally undisturbed.

The villa is from 1998 and the living area of 145 m2 includes living-room with cabeltv, highspeed internet connection, phone, open fireplace, dining-room and three bedrooms - all with Scandinavian style furniture; fully equipped kitchen with brand new hardware (large fridge/freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher and washing machine), two and a half bathrooms, three toilets. Tile floors throughout, beamed ceilings and electric heating in all rooms.

Spectacular sea views from all rooms. Sliding doors from nearly all rooms open to wonderful, large, sunny terraces.

You enter the property through an electric gate; the driveway has parking for up to two cars and there is a garage with an electric gate. Lovely, exotic garden with old trees and flowering plants.

Additional terrace with outdoor kitchen and extra toilet. Brand new garden furniture in teak (table seats eight); deck chairs and sun beds.

Villa Rosalinda is situated only ten minutes walk from the beautiful beach “Plage Mala” and only one kilometer from Monaco. The location offers great opportunities for visiting all the famous sights of the region.

The drive from Nice Airport is only 20 minutes. You are close to Italy (25 minutes) with the lovely cities Ventimiglia and San Remo, and you can go skiing in Isola 2000 or Valberg in one and a half hour.

Thus, Villa Rosalinda offers all possibilities for a wonderful and exciting vacation for six to eight people with relaxation on the lovely, sunny and undisturbed terraces.
