Collebelvedere is located on the crest of a hill, with breathtaking views in all directions, from Rome to the Sabina Mountains.
The bedroomed cottage, adjoining the main house is situated in extensive, grounds with use of the large spectacularly sited pool. 'Collebelvedere' is tranquil hill top setting has magnificent 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding olive groves ( there are over 80 trees on the property ) to the dramatic Sabina hills crowned with centuries old walled towns typical of the area.
Beautiful Rome with its many splendid antique sites, varied museums and restaurants can be seen to the south and is easily reached ( approx 45 m. ) by car or train from the station at Passo Corese ( 7 km ). This town also has supermarkets ,shops and restaurants.
The quiet country roads that cross the area also offer many places where you can sample the local specialities, the nearest only 3 km from Collebelvedere. We speak fluent English, Danish, German, French and of course Italian and we are happy to share out intimate knowledge of the area’s many attractions to ensure you have a happy and interesting vacation.
