Location: Eastern Lake, Seagrove Beach, Beaches of South Walton, Florida North West, Florida, USA (approximately 2.5 miles East of Seaside)

Picture a tropical paradise surrounded by lush vegetation and dozens of palm trees and you will have an idea of the magic that awaits you at Kokomo. This large (2736 square feet), Florida, cottage home is directly on the beach, with no large dunes to climb over or obstruct your view. You will enjoy spectacular, 180-degree views of the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald-green water from the huge great room (over 1000 square feet). There are windows everywhere, and a 40-foot, beach-side deck and wraparound porches that surround the house.

Staircases on each end of the great room take you upstairs to the four bedrooms, three of which have spectacular beach views. The master suite, directly overlooking the beach, features a king-size bed and a large, walk-in shower. There is a small balcony off the master bedroom where you can stand and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. There is a second king-size bedroom directly overlooking the beach which also has a small balcony. This king-size bedroom shares a bath with a large bunk room for the kids, featuring three bunk beds (to sleep six). The fourth bedroom is a queen-size suite, with its own bathroom including walk-in shower. This queen-size suite also enjoys fabulous beach views. There is a fourth bathroom downstairs, featuring a clawfoot tub.

Kokomo has been totally renovated (completed in April 2005) and is now available for rent. This fabulous beach cottage features brand-new everything - new kitchen (new stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, cabinets), new bathrooms (new subway tile, granite vanity tops), new hardwood floors, and a new metal roof. Kokomo has also been professionally redecorated in the Florida cottage style. As you can see from viewing the photos on this web site, there is simply not a better place in the world to enjoy the beach.
