If you are looking for a large, beautifully decorated, “platinum” rated, and comfortable vacation home, look no further - this is THE LARGEST single family home in Bear Trap Dunes!!! We have designed our no smoking, no pet home at the Village of Bear Trap Dunes Golf and Tennis Community with vacationers in mind.
When we go on vacation, it makes sense to stay in a large home that is comfortable with lots of space, has privacy, has all high-end electronics, and is tastefully decorated. We have tried to incorporate these features into our home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Families and friends can gather in the large kitchen/family/great room area to eat, drink, watch a movie, listen to music or play a board game. The comfortable sofas and chairs in the large family room allow great viewing of the 34” Flat Screen HDTV. A Sony stereo system with DVD/VHS/CD is also provided with indoor and outdoor speakers.
The fully equipped, gas range kitchen has upgraded appliances as well as a center island with bar sink and bar stools. Relax in the large fully enclosed screened porch or on the deck and enjoy a direct view of the golf course. A stainless gas grill BBQ is provided. There are five large bedrooms each with a remote controlled TV with DVD/VCR combo, clock radio & ceiling fan with light.

Half of the rental fee is required as deposit with the balance due within 45 days of your reservation.
Our home is located within an easy walk of all amenities. Amenities include 27 holes of championship golf, a full service restaurant and bar in the clubhouse, a pro shop, five clay tennis courts, INDOOR and OUTDOOR pools, and recreation center with kiddy room, lounge area, and a fitness center with top of the line equipment.
Our home is a great getaway for golfers, tennis buffs and families (two families can even share the house!). Come visit soon and come back again and again!

We are closing on this new home the second week of February 2005 - it is the largest single family model that was available. We are really excited about our new home and hope you will enjoy it's size and planned accommodations.
