Location Location Location!! This McCormick Ranch home is spacious yet cozy. Completely rebuilt and remodeled with designer touches throughout. Travertine and Granite adorn this large open floor plan. All new, upscale furniture and top of the line appliances and fixtures. The community has two heated pools, three hot tubs and exquisite, mature landscaping. Loft-style home that offers peace and quiet right in the heart of the finest neighborhood in Scottsdale.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms which makes this home perfect for couples traveling together. The second bedroom can be set up with either a King size bed or two twin beds (just let us know ahead of time how you want the room set up).
Enjoy sunset dinners in the backyard which features a built-in, chef's delight BBQ. Then walk or bike over to play golf, hike or swim. Get away from everything yet still be able to dine at one of the 30 plus restaurants within a four mile radius. The grocery store, library and hospital are all close by as well. It was our first experience with a rental home, and we were not sure what to expect. Without question, our expectations were exceeded. Everything about the property was in top shape, clean, and attractive. The pictures on the website were very representative of the room dimnsions, and propoerly showed the excwellent decor. The location was very convenient to all of Scottsdale as well as the airport, and having the extra rooms available as opposed to a hotel suite made the trip that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
