From this condo, it's an easy two-block walk to one of the world's most beautiful beaches, along a brick, palm-lined boulevard.
Bordered on the east by spectacular Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach, and on the west by the newest fantasy village - Alys Beach.
All of these are walkable, bikeable wonderful destinations for dining, shopping, or just enjoying the beautiful architecture and communities.
This new studio condo getaway with all new furniture -offers a comfortable living room with cable TV and Gulf view. It's your choice whether you sleep on the queen wall bed (pulls down out of wall unit at night) or the queen sleeper sofa.

Five miles west on Hwy 30-A, the magical village of Seaside offers lots of dining, art, entertainment and shopping opportunities. Other nearby communities of Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seagrove have tons more to do...from funky galleries and hip shops to cool jazz and hot nightclubs.
