We found this on VRBO and were a bit nervous because we had never rented through this site -- actually we had never rented a townhouse ever! It could not have been more perfect. There were 12 of us and this was the perfect space. Everyone fit around the table for meals and games, and the downstairs rooms were huge and a great place to send the teenagers to play their video games on their own TV! The house was clean, well stocked with staples, and the location was convenient for Silver Dollar City, the Talking Rocks Cave and even a Walmart was only minutes away! The kids hiked on all the trails (huffing a bit on the uphill parts) and we loved that the Missouri weather this Christmas was perfect -- cool nights and mild days. And the little things were appreciated -- nice thick towels, a bath seat for my dad, games, and everything we needed in the kitchen from crock pots to pans to plenty of plates and glasses. We will absolutely stay here the next time we are able to come to Branson. Thanks O.J. (and bookeeper Gina) for your quick response to our follow up e-mails with questions prior to the trip. You are the best!

This was the perfect location for our mini family reunion! The owners were very helpful thru the whole rental process, from beginning to end. The house was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. The price was amazing and really helped with our limited budget. We were all amazed at the number of things Branson had to offer..from putt putt for the younger of our clan to extreme zip lines for the older, but young at heart!! The pools were well maintained and within reasonable distance from the house, although it was a bit too far and hilly for the little ones. Getting to the lake was a bit of a hike and challenging with the steep terrain, but the deck was nice and the kids caught a few fish. All the kids were saying this was the best vacation ever, and we adults were inclined to agree!

We just returned from another year at Notch Estates. This year we rented this townhouse and 2 condos for our family and friend get together over the 4th of July, 2011. Last year we only rented the townhouse. So as we continue to talk about our wonderful experience in Branson we gain more and more interest from the family. We spent most of our time on the lake in a rented pontoon boat which accommodated 16 people and one of our party brought their boat with them for the rest of our group. I highly recommend these accommodations, they are clean, well maintained and stocked for your stay. Our family will definitely be back next year!

Hi, My name is Tom Ivanoff and I wanted to let you know that this vacation was one of the best we have had.The accompdations were Great. Our Group consisted of 8 Friends and Famly on a motorcycle vacation to the Ozarks. The condo was more than able to meet our needs for dining in and relaxation. The pools were quiet and CLEAN. The people that live and work on the property were Genuinely Friendly and helpful to us. The Condo was well stocked the garbage bags and towels. Teh rooms were clean and the building was well maintained as were the grounds. Teh kitchen was big enough for us to have two to three cooks working away on meal preparation. We didn't bring a lot of clothes since the condo has a washing machine and let me tell you we used that machjine a lot! There were enough plates, silverware and pots & Pans to cook for our little army. Teh multiple bathrooms saved us a lot of time getting ready in the morning for our rides because we had three bathrooms to chose from. The area was quiet and tucked away but was very close to all the action the town provides. Trees and Fresh air great you in the morning and at night. The TV in my room and in the main living room worked just fine. It took a bit of trial and error to operate the remotes but that was my problem since I don't get to operate the one in my house. (Wife's Job). I was apprehensive about the outlay of 1100 dollars at an unknown location as this is the first time I traveled to Branson. It definitely met and exceded our expectations. I was told as a repeat customer, I would get a discount next year. Unfortunately, we will be traveling to another part of this wonderful country so we will not be back again soon. I wanted to let you know this is not influencing my evaluation and recommendation to this Condo. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation.
Owner response:Thanks Tom for taking the time to share your experience with us. It is always rewarding to know that others enjoy our place as we do.

We just had a wonderful three nights at this property and it is everything it says it is and more! The pictures do not do the house justice, it is even nicer than they portray. The owner has thought of Everything you could possibly need and supplied it. There are fans in every bedroom closet and flashlights, booster seats for the kids and movies, games, the list goes on and on. Great House, I would definitly stay here again !!!!
Owner response:Thanks for your generous comments and I will work on my photography skills. O. J.

Gina, we had the best time of our lives last weekend! The entire family had their first and very memorable reunion. Everyone wants to do it again in 2 years and for my family, that's really something. The townhouse was just perfect-so much more than we dreamed of and so perfect!! I cannot thank you enough. Sincerely, M.L.

We rented two townhouses next to each other, and with 19 people, we had plenty of room to spread out for the week. Everything we could need was provided, and it was very, very clean and comfortable. The kids went swimming every day in the pool and did their cross country training on the trails. The location was great; we could get just about anywhere without going through the highway 76 traffic congestion in the main part of Branson. We loved the big dining room table as the family loves to play cards, games, etc. OJ was so very accommodating--he arranged for a renter to move to a different unit so that we could have the two townhouses that were next to each other. He also was a great source of information on shows, driving routes, etc. We would definitely rent these units again!

I had wanted to provide a spot where I could have my family get together and all be together. The townhouse I found on the internet in Branson looked like just the spot! Needless to say it was the perfect spot and then some! The townhouse was clean and even more accommodating for our family of 14 than the pictures indicated. The owner was more than accommodating in giving perfect directions and answering all of my questions. The property was clean and had all the equipment you would need for a wonderful vacation. Our family was so impressed we have already booked the townhouse for the 4th of July, 2011 as well as a 2 BR condo in the same complex for my Grandson and family who wants to join us again this year but stay in a condo rather than bring their 5th wheeler down which they did last year when they joined us. I guarantee you will not be dissappointed if you rent this beautiful townhome! Better book early!

Although my children and grandchildren live in close proximity, busy schedules keep us from spending as much time as we would like together. We decided to spend a few days together in Branson during Christmas break. We were SO delighted with the arrangement of the Eagle View Townhouse. The large dining area gave us room to play board games together, and to have plenty of room for meals together. Since we enjoy cooking together, we saved quite a bit of money just taking turns in the kitchen. My son made his famous Chili- yum! This kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Baking pans, crock pots, two coffee pots- you name it! The divided sleeping areas worked very well for us too. When the little kids went to bed, the adults could relax in the comfy recliners in the living room and enjoy the ambience of the fireplace, and conversation or enjoy a movie together. One evening I babysat while my son and his wife went out to dinner and a show. They went to see the Haygoods. They LOVED it! They said next time we needed to take the whole family. The Christmas lights were so pretty in town! We also enjoyed shopping together at The Landing and the other outlet malls. Everyone had a good time and I know we will plan on going again and staying at the Eagle View. The entire townhouse was clean and smelled nice too. We really appreciated the little extra things that made our stay so comfortable. We used the pack and play, and the highchair that were provided. There were movies and board games and puzzles too. Having four bathrooms was a huge plus. Branson is a great family vacation spot, but having a comfortable, roomy place to relax after a busy day was important to us. We can easily recommend this townhouse!!!

The women of our family celebrated my daughter's MBA together in Branson and had a wonderful time. The townhouse was spacious, clean and well-stocked with all the supplies a large group of women might need. We cooked a full meal and had plenty of utensils without having to resort to paper plates and the like. I left behind a treasure only valuable to me and the owner himself shipped it back after personally talking to me via phone to determine my preferred carrier. We would certainly recommend this to others and will plan to return ourselves, as well. Thank you for a wonderful celebration and many cherished memories.

OH MY. The townhouse was Wonderful. This was exactly what my family needed to be close and yet have plenty of room for everyone. We ranged in age from 77 years of age to 18 months. We had four generations and had a Blast in Branson. The property was ultra clean and ultra stocked with anything and everything from laundry detergent to body wash, coffee filters and condiments. I was sitting on the deck and mentioned we needed a hummingbird feeder and guess what there was one under the cabinets with food. The listing said that there were games, movies, high chair, stroller port a crib...there really was. I don't think there was anything I needed that was not there. This townhouse was so large I don't think any of the 10 of us even had a cross word during our week there. We cooked out on the gas grill and enjoyed just walking the area and visiting with each other. My family was already talking about returning here on our way home. Since I usually do the vacation planning all I heard all week was "Mom you really did good this time". I think I usually do good but this was Fabulous. We did SDC/ White Water three days and Dixie Stampede, Branson Landing, Factory Malls and lots of just visiting and laughing and loving. We came from Southeast Missouri (Kennett ) and Columbia area . OUTSTANDING!!!!

We just returned from a five night stay at your townhouse. We were looking for a place to accomodate all 11 of us as we celebrated my In-Laws 50th anniversary, and this was better than we all had expected. We used the kitchen every day for breakfast and for supper, and it was great having everything available to us, saving us so much money since we only ate out once per day. Not only was the townhouse very clean, but it felt like home to us, we slept very well in the beds, they were very comfortable, and this is coming from the girl who has a very hard time adjusting to sleeping anywhere but home. My children used the pool twice, and so we appriciated the fact that a pool is available for the guests. My husband and I were very fortunate to get a basement suite, and I remember the first time walking inside, my mouth dropped, this was all mine for one whole week. I had a mini fridge, microwave, tv, a window air conditioner that worked very well, and two very large beds. We also appriciated that our suite had an outside entrance, so we parked right outside our door, around the back of the townhouse, which was so convenient. This worked out very well, as it was so close to Silver Dollar City. We will definitely tell all of our friends about our great experience, and we hope to return someday. Thanks so much!
