This spacious, sunny, three bedroom, two full bath, family condo is centrally located in the Heart of the White Mountains in Bartlett (Rtes 16/302), (just minutes from North Conway, and Jackson) and boasts the best views of Mount Washington and the surrounding valley from the 20'x26' living room and deck.
The 1st floor master bedroom has a luxurious King size mattress, a private bath and desk area, equipped with high speed Internet access, fax/printer/scanner and copier machine/Cable TV & DVD. The 1st floor guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a 2nd full bath. The living Room is equipped with cable TV/DVD. The 2nd level has a spacious 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin beds, cable TV/VCR/DVD and plenty of floor space to designate as a play area for children. Double french doors lead out to a separate, open loft area with a couch, love seat and coffee table for games.
Other amenities include: fully equipped kitchen; washer/dryer; I-pod docking station; 8 deck chairs; gas grill and full, seasonal use of nearby heated indoor pool and jacuzzi and outdoor pool; please inquire.
Located just: 3 minutes to Storyland; 10 minutes to Attitash (alpine/water slides/pool area); 8 minutes to Echo Lake (swimming/beach and picnic area + gorgeous mountain ledges in the background); 5-10 minutes to 3 beautiful golf courses; and 10-15 minutes to family canoeing and tubing on the Saco or kayaking on Ellis River. Summer theatre peformances and concerts for the adults and minature golf and go karts for the kids--can be found close by. And just a quick drive to quaint, downtown North Conway.
Take a 45 (+/-) day trip to Santa's Village (open Dec wkends); Six Gun City; Clark's Trading Post; the Lost River and Whale's Tale Water Park. Or enjoy jet skiing, boating and water skiing on Conway Lake, Moose Pond or Ossipee Lake. White water paddling, mountain biking and skateboarding parks are also nearby.

Snow mobiling, snow-shoeing, ice climbing, sledding, snow-tubing and cross country skiing and Wildcat Mtn.'s new zip line, are further nearby options.
During the autumn months view the beautiful foliage aboard the Cog Railroad or take a train ride on the Scenic Conway Rail, or venture on your own up the Mt. Wahington Auto Road. Apple picking and a trip to the Fryeburg Fair are also part of the Fall experience in the Valley.
