The 1st floor guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a 2nd full bath. The living Room is equipped with cable TV/DVD. The 2nd level has a spacious 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and 2 twin beds, cable TV/VCR/DVD and plenty of floor space to designate as a play area for children. Double french doors lead out to a separate, open loft area with a couch, love seat and coffee table for games.

Situated within 5-15 minutes to some of the most diverse and scenic hiking trails in the Northeast, includig Tuckerman's Ravine, plus 4 ski resorts: Attitash; Black Mtn; Wildcat and Cranmore. Travel another 25 minutes to Shawnee Peak or Bretton Woods, a favorite among skiiers.
Nearby Nestlenook Farm offers a beautiful setting for outdoor ice skating/bonfires and sleigh rides during the winter months, along with horseback riding in warmer months. Snow mobiling, snow-shoeing, ice climbing, sledding, snow-tubing and cross country skiing and Wildcat Mtn.'s new zip line, are further nearby options.
During the autumn months view the beautiful foliage aboard the Cog Railroad or take a train ride on the Scenic Conway Rail, or venture on your own up the Mt. Wahington Auto Road. Apple picking and a trip to the Fryeburg Fair are also part of the Fall experience in the Valley.
