"Summerwood Cottage" is located on a quiet street just blocks from Lake Michigan's Oak Street Beach in South Haven. This newer ranch style home with a walk-out basement has been recently redecorated. Get the best of both worlds with a private, wooded backyard and be within walking distance of the beach and downtown!
This cozy and comfortable home boasts a convenient floor plan which can accommodate either single families or multiple families. With a total of 2100 square feet, the main floor includes the following: eat-in kitchen, mater bedroom (queen bed), master bathroom (shower), bedroom #2 (queen bed), bedroom #3 (two sets of bunkbeds), bathroom #2 (tub and shower), living room (TV with VCR/DVD and cable), deck overlooking backyard.
The lower level includes: a family room (fieldstone gas fireplace, TV with VCR, foosball table, queen-size sleeper sofa, and patio doors), bedroom #4 (full bed), bathroom #3 (shower), and laundry room (washer and dryer). The laundry room is large enough, that many use it as an extra bedroom for the crib. This home also includes the use of an attached two-car garage.
Beautiful landscaping compliments the character of this home. In the backyard you can enjoy the trees, ravine, and privacy. The upper level includes an elevated deck with gas barbeque while the lower level includes a patio. Each is equipped with outdoor furniture. The backyard even includes a large sandbox for the kids!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summerwood Cottage is available all year. A 50% deposit must be received within
10 days of booking. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $250
security deposit is also required.
January-April 2007 - $180/night/2 night minimum or $1000/week
May-June 16 & Sept.1-Dec.2007-$200/night/2 night minimum or $1400/week
June 16-September 1, 2007 - $1850 per week (Sat. to Sat. only)
Summer Season: Check-In: Saturday after 3:00 p.m. EST
Check-Out: Saturday prior to 10:00 a.m. EST
