This condo is located in a private, gated complex with incredible views. Features include new furnishings, appliances, linens, dinner service for eight, and it is well-equipped with everything you need to feel right at home.
The decor is clean and uncluttered. The great room offers views of the Northwest Phoenix valley, with mountains and dramatic desert sunsets.
The complex and the community offers a peaceful, relaxing retreat away from the hustle-and-bustle of the city, but conveniently close to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sedona.
The two-story floor plan places the living area over the garage, so there are no neighbors above or below the unit. This is an end-unit condo with only one common wall.
As you enter the unit and walk up the stairs you will find the great room, which is open to the breakfast bar and kitchen. Down the hall is a restroom, bedroom, and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom.ZA
