Constructed in 2005, this cape cod-style home is located on a quiet street just one block from the First Street Beach access. This home has everything you will need for a relaxing and memorable vacation.
This two-story home boasts a convenient floor plan which can accommodate either single families or multiple families. With a total of 2200 square feet, the main floor includes the following: kitchen (brand new stainless steel appliances), dining room, living room (TV and VCR/DVD), master bedroom (queen bed), master bathroom (large shower), bedroom #2 (twin on full bunkbed), bathroom two (tub and shower), and front covered porch.
The upper level of this home includes: sitting room (futon for two and TV with DVD), bedroom #3 (queen bed and patio doors opening onto upper level covered porch), bedroom #4 (4 twin beds-two of which can be converted into a king size bed), and bathroom #3 (large shower).
Beautiful landscaping compliments the character of this home. In the backyard you can enjoy sitting around the table on the patio while grilling dinner on the gas barbecue. The driveway offers ample parking.

Lakewood Cottage is available all year. A deposit of 50% is required within 10
days of booking with the remainder due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable
security deposit of $250 is also required.
Off season rates available w/2 night minimum
June 14-August 30, 2008 - $2000 per week
Saturday to Saturday only during summer
