Enjoy beautiful views of the entire beach from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. With 1438 square feet, this unit has a Gulf-Front master with King bed and the master bath has a giant whirlpool tub, huge shower, and 2 vanities. The master BR floor plan is identical to the master BR in the 3 BR units at Palacio. The second bedroom has a queen bed decorated in tropical colors. The living room has a sleeper sofa in a cottage style.
The condominium is located on the 5th floor and offers spectacular Gulf views to the south and west from a huge balcony- one of the best balcony views at Palacio. Walk out the door and you are on the beach at Perdido Key,Florida. A beautiful pool, hot tub, and lap pool are ready for a fresh-water dip or just laying out soaking up the rays. There is a great BBQ area near the hot tub for grilling.
If you like to cook a great meal or just enjoy some steamed shrimp from the local seafood market, the kitchen has everything. There is full size washer and dryer. This condo has been beautifully decorated and is spotless. Both bedrooms have custom bedding that is recently updated and the unit has new carpet as well.
The living room and both bedrooms have 27 inch TVs and VCRs/DVDs, and DVD rentals are free at the onsite management desk.

Perdido Key is a laid back white sand beach with great Gulf water bounded on one end by the National Seashore and on the other by a State Park. It is the first beach in Florida and is a great place to "go to the beach." If you are after nightlife, fine dining, and lots of activities, this is probably not the beach for you. But that is why so many families come here year after year !
Palacio is an upscale complex with a great family reputation - very luxurious without being too stuffy. This 2 bedroom unit is perfect for families with kids or two couples that want to each have their own large bedroom. Once you spend a week here, you will want to join with the many families that have already established a tradition of returning each year.

What a beautiful place ! To see it online then in person was much different ! The decorations and size are awesome ! We had a great time at Perdido Key. This was our boys first time at the beach. They loved the long sand bar where they could run, jump, and play. As for Brian and me, the time at the beach was a needed and well deserved vacation ! We had a wonderful time. We also found an awesome seafood restaurant on the other side of the Baars bridge. Triggers had great Mahi fish and for us landlovers their steak with bourbon sauce was awesome ! Nice and clean with a great waiter and staff. Thanks again for sharing your home away from home.

This most fabulous condo was way more than I could even imagine in my most wildest dreams. First of all I was astounded by the color scheme, because I had a dream o nights before we came here and in this dream the condo was yellow mostly with tasteful touches of green here and there. So, of course, when I arrived it was like a dream come true. TRULY.

We came here for our 5th anniversary and have had a wonderful time. the weather was perfect and your condo is beautiful ! This is our third stay at the Palacio and we love your place the best. Came for baseball World Series for our 11 year old. So pleasantly surprised to walk in to such a beautiful condo. We love the beds/bedding and all the other decor. so comfortable ! Also love the couch ! Thanks for such a relaxing stay.

We spent 3 days at this condo in early May. The condo itself is really nice and well maintained, it looks just like the pictures, so you know what you are getting. The view is very nice, and the table on the balcony was nice to eat our meals on. There is a swimming pool, a lap pool and a hot tub in the condo, and the beach is right there and it's beautiful with soft white sand. When we went, it was fairly empty, and we always got chairs to sit in on the beach. There is not much to do in Perdido Key, and only a couple of decent restaurants. We didn't try the 'fancy' restaurant in town however. There is a well stocked Publix a mile away, and Joe Patti's fish market in Pensacola, where you can stock up on seafood if you plan on cooking for yourself. The owners accommodated our early check in and late check out request. On the negative side: we did not like the management of the condo- ResortQuest. Almost everyone we interacted with seemed very surly and unhappy to be there. When we came to check in, the desk was unmanned with an out to lunch sign. Shortly after, a man walked in on the phone, and walked into the office area and continued his personal call even though he could see we were waiting. When he was finally done, he asked us what we wanted and was very surprised to be told that we wanted to check in. Later, when we realized that there was no salt/pepper in the condo, I went to the front desk to ask if they had any. Again, the receptionist was on a personal call and showed no effort to end the call and attend to me immediately. When she was done with her call, she told me no, sorry they don't have any. On the last day when we called the reception to confirm that we could check out late, we were told that we would have to leave by 12 instead of 11 (the owners had told us 3 pm would be fine). Luckily, we had changed our plans and planned to leave a little early to have lunch in Pensacola, so it worked out, but this was definitely not what we had agreed to with the owners. While there is internet in the condo, it is not wireless. You have to plug the cable in, and even though I was prepared and had brought my own wireless router so I could work from anywhere in the condo, I was unable to get it to work. Not a big deal for us, but for families, wireless would be nice. To summarize- very nice condo, amenities and beach, but the management leaves a lot to be desired. Good place to go to just relax and do nothing. Condo: 4/5, Management: 2/5
