This 3400 foot, Black Butte home has a feel of seclusion even though it is only a short bike ride from two first rate 18 hole golf courses, tennis, swimming pools, bike trails, and all the other recreational opportunities of the Ranch. The home is at Glaze Meadow 143, in the SE portion of Black Butte Ranch, bordering on National Forest, just south of the bike path. The new Glaze Meadow Recreation Facility (indoor and outdoor pools, steam, massages, facials, work-out room)is about one-half mile away.
The modern kitchen features granite counters and top grade appliances, and looks into a spacious living room with a meadow view nearby. The expansive deck which unfolds onto the surrounding yard of meadow grass and national forest is great for barbecues on our gas grill, wildlife viewing, frisbee tossing or just relaxing. The adjacent garage has additional room for bikes, skis, and bags.
