For September, October and November, we are running a special of 990.00 a week, one week minimum, plus cleaning fee and pool heating.

This beautifully furnished contemporary home is in prestigious Indian Wells, California known as "the Beverly Hills of the desert". Situated in the most exclusive desert community in Southern California, our property is set in a neighborhood of beautiful homes and lushly planted gardens. The preferred corner lot is on a small cul-de-sac, just north of The Vintage (desert home of the Bill Gates family) and south of the Desert Horizons Country Club. It's a peaceful, quiet area of million dollar houses not in a gated community for easy access by you and your guests. We are near to world class golf and tennis facilities including the Indian Wells Tennis Club, and are seconds from PGA West.
Backyard is totally private, spacious, well furnished with lounges and outdoor furniture and features an open and dramatic view of the mountains. The thirty foot long pool and detached spa have been newly resurfaced and are blue and sparkling. The citrus blossoms on our trees are intoxicating in springtime, and in the winter, you can pick your own ruby red grapefruit for breakfast. A gas grill is provided for your barbecues.
Inside, we have three bedrooms with spacious designer closets, a large and well equipped kitchen, and a dramatic living room with soaring ceiling, working fireplace and glass sliding doors with views of the backyard and the San Jacinto Mountains.
We have central heat and air, two-car-plus-golf-cart garage, laundry facilities,a business center with DSL, a new PC, a fax and printer and good wireless access. House has one folding cot for an extra sleeper. For entertainment, we have a 42inch plasma HD television in the living room,as well as a DVD, VCR and CD player. Cable service with HBO and other premium stations are provided. Master and guest bedrooms have new flat screen televisions with cable.
