This beautifully furnished contemporary home is in prestigious Indian Wells, California known as "the Beverly Hills of the desert". Situated in the most exclusive desert community in Southern California, our property is set in a neighborhood of beautiful homes and lushly planted gardens. The preferred corner lot is on a small cul-de-sac, just north of The Vintage (desert home of the Bill Gates family) and south of the Desert Horizons Country Club. It's a peaceful, quiet area of million dollar houses and not in a gated community for easy access for you and your guests. We are near to world class golf and tennis facilities including the Indian Wells Tennis Club, and are seconds from PGA West.
Backyard is totally private, spacious, well furnished with lounges and outdoor furniture. Yard features an open and dramatic view of the mountains. The thirty foot long pool and detached spa have been newly resurfaced and are blue and sparkling. The citrus blossoms on our trees are intoxicating in springtime, and in the winter, you can pick your own ruby red grapefruit for breakfast. A gas grill is provided for your barbecues.
Inside, we have three bedrooms with spacious designer closets, a large and well equipped kitchen, and a dramatic living room with soaring ceiling, working fireplace and glass sliding doors with views of the backyard and the San Jacinto Mountains.
We have central heat and air, two-car-plus-golf-cart garage, laundry facilities, an office area with printer/scanner and good wireless access throughout the house. House has one folding cot for an extra sleeper. For entertainment, we have a 42inch plasma HD television in the living room,as well as a DVD, VCR and CD player as well as connection for your iPod. Cable service with HBO and other premium stations are provided. Master and guest bedrooms have new flat screen televisions with cable. Living room television and master bedroom television have DVR (Digital Video Recorder)

I am a property manager and owner who lives full time in Los Angeles. My own properties are in beautiful Palm Springs, California and I manage a third desert house in nearby Indian Wells, CA. I also book guests for two houses in spectacular Hanalei, Hawaii on the garden island of Kauai. Here in town I manage a furnished house and guest house in West Hollywood, a community that is right in the heart of the greater Los Angeles area. These homes are frequently rented by actors, film makers and producers as well as vacationers. I also manage several apartment complexes in addition to my work as a writer. A Superb House, Location and Vacation Spot

The pictures and description looked too good to be true, but they were completely accurate! Our two families (four adults, two small children) fit comfortably in this wonderful home with room to spare. The living/dining room area is spacious, the backyard is perfect for both children running around and laying out in the sun and the pool/hot tub were just as described. We used the BBQ to cook dinner a few nights, and the kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. The sound system is even hooked up to play music outside, so we hooked up an iPod and had an awesome summertime soundtrack throughout our stay. Location-wise, there is a grocery store within about a mile (really, it's just right around the corner), and a bunch of great restaurants (LG's, Tommy Bahama's, Las Casuelas) are only a short drive away. Any other activities (Living Desert, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Cabazon Outlets) are easily accessible by car, and there are a variety of golf courses in the area. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and perfect for nighttime strolls. If you are looking for somewhere with all of the amenities, this is your place. We were there for 5 nights, and I honestly can't think of anything that was missing. They even have extra pool toys in the garage! Dealing with the property manager was extremely easy and friendly, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking. Do yourself a favor and book this property today!

We can’t say enough about the wonderful home/grounds/amenities at the Indian Wells rental! We stayed for a week in April this year, and before we left the home, we had already rented for another week in 2011. We have spent many vacations in the area, and honestly can’t imagine a more perfect location and home for our family’s needs.
