Flat easy access in quiet, peaceful location within five minutes of Cashiers and two minutes of Signal Ridge Marina. Within walking distance for access to swimming in Lake Glenville.
Main floor has kitchen, breakfast nook, full bath, great room with fireplace and sleep sofa, formal dining room and living room with fireplace.
TVs are located in the great room, as well as master and living rooms. Wood floors throughout home, with carpeted bedrooms.
Guests will have full use of the amenities at the Fairfield Sapphire Valley resort, located ten minutes away, including indoor and outdoor pools, recreation center with fitness center and miniature golf, tennis, golf, horseback riding, lake with beach and boat dock, hiking, gem mining.
