  We couldn't have asked for a better location to begin our vacation in Bavaria. The apartment was very quiet, clean and spacious, and well stocked. We felt very much at home. I loved the kitchen area especially and the views of the mountains from the windows and balcony need to be seen to be believed. As a keen jogger, to have the Philosopher's Weg just at my back door was a dream come true each morning! Garmisch-Partnekirchen is such a lovely town to holiday in with many outdoor pursuits in the summer time. Great location for families. We really can't wait to return to this wonderful apartment in the future.

  This apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is really a lovely place to stay! We felt really lucky to have stumbled up such a comfortable, nice and friendly place to spend our four days in the area. We are a family of four, including two teenage boys. The apartment is great - immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, stocked with all a family needs for comfort (including a large cooking-friendly kitchen), and in just a beautiful setting. The view of the mountains and Zugspitz off the main balcony is spectacular! Not only the owners but also the neighbors are friendly and helpful! The house is located on a quiet street, next to walking trails, just a bit outside of central old Partenkirchen. All of Garmisch and Partenkirchen area are close and convenient within short drives, supermarkets and restaurants and DVD rentals are also close in the neighborhood. We made use of local parks and swimming pools with the active advice of our hosts, which was great for our kids. Anne, Thomas and family made us feel very welcome and are a lovely family. We will definitely plan to go back, and hope to sample all four seasons in Bavaria from this spot. Highly recommended!

  Sunshine Apartments, was spectacular! It was exactly as described if not more! The whole family was so sweet and readily available for any questions we had, as well as tourist spots to see. We had 4 adults and 2 kids, the space was more than enough and eventually had 2 more adults join. Anne was so gracious in providing towels and linens for the extra guests who came and still the space was more than enough. We stayed 8 days and had it not been booked through, we would have extended our stay!! We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful spot in Garmisch-Parkenkirsch!! The view was breath taking, whether it was low clouds or no clouds all views were breathtaking!! Thank you Anne, for making our first experience in renting spectacular!!! Will definitely come again soon!!! X the Bala Family!

  The Sunshine apartment is a fabulous place to stay while in G-P. It is very nicely furnished, has multiple decks to take in the wonderful views of the Alps, and is spacious enough for a family (we had 4 adults and 3 small children). It is also located in a quaint little neighborhood with immediate access to hiking/running trails. Anne, Thomas and their son were magnificent hosts and very helpful with providing information on the local area. We definitely look forward to returning to G-P, and staying again at the Sunshine.

  This apartment was absolutely wonderful! My husband, adult daughter and myself stayed from 8/31/10 - 9/3/10. The village of Partenkirchen was beautiful and magical. The views of the Zugspitze and Alpspitze from the apartment and balconies were breathtaking. We used this apartment as our base while visiting throughout Bavaria. It was extremely clean, spacious and very well decorated and appointed. The beds were comfortable especially compared to those that we had in the Berlin apartment that we rented on this trip. There is ample closet and storage space. It was quiet with the exception of cows moving up on the hill one morning at 3:00 a.m. with their cow bells clanging. Even that was quaint rather than annoying. Thomas and Anne, the owners that live downstairs, were friendly and helpful but not invasive. Since we were traveling to a number of Bavarian towns and sights we had a rental car but the apartment is very well located for local attractions. It was so nice to have such a lovely apartment to come home to at night after a day of exploring the countryside. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sunshine Anne. Thank you Thomas and Anne for your hospitality and helping to make our vacation one to remember. The Major family

Yes the last two days of your stay the cows came down from the mountain for 1 Week a year, before the will go in the barn for the Winter.But the rest of the year the are no cows all around "The SUNSHINE Apparement ANNE".   Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (3 enfants) absolument parfaite: l´appartement est très grand, neuf et très propre, les rangements sont nombreux et bien pensés, la cuisine est spacieuse, baignée de soleil, deux grands balcons permettent d´apprécier la vue splendide. Très appréciable aussi, le garage/local a skis fermé automatiquement. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets, la maison est dans un environnement très calme et en meme temps se trouve a cinq minutes en voiture du centre ville, avec commerces bars et excellents restaurants. A recommander: piscine a vagues et espace sauna trés complet, agréable après le ski. Les enfants ont adoré ! Nous reviendrons dans ce bel endroit et le conseillons a tous!

  Seit 7 Jahren fahren wir nach GaPa. Zum ersten Mal hat uns die Ferienwohnung so gut gefallen das wir für das nächste Jahr schon wieder bei Fam. Kantelberg gebucht haben. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Unsere 3 Kinder fühlten sich wie zu Hause. Fam. Kantelberg sind tolle Vermieter und unternehmen allles um sich rundherum wohl zu fühlen. Vielen Dank dafür und bis 2011.

  Wir hatten eine wunderschoene Zeit in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Viel dazu beigetragen hatte die Ferienwohnung. Sie hat einen zauberhaften Blick auf die Zugspitze!Traumhafte Sonnenaufgaenge. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber, bestens ausgestattet und sehr geraeumig mit guter Zimmeraufteilung. Die Vermieter waren stets sehr nett und hilfsbereit in allen Fragen! Fotos auf der Internetseite halten was sie versprechen. Sehr vorteilhaft war auch die unmittelbare Naehe zum Philosophenweg. Wir wuerden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und die Wohnung unseren Freunden und Bekannten auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

  Wir waren eine Grossfamilie aus Dänemark - Grosseltern, Mutter, Vater und drei Jungen - die vor allem eine bequeme Basis für ein erlebnisreiches Programm in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, an der Zugspitze, mit der Achensee-Bahn und zwar i München brauchten. Das haben wir gefunden! Bequeme Betten, eine schöne, funktionelle Küche (und zwar aus Skandinavien!) und dazu eine Aussicht, wo die Werbebilder halten, was sie vesprechen, der älteste Junge brachte sich in Gefahr am Geländer des Balkons um die richtigen Photos (mit dem neuen Apparat des Vaters) von Alpenglut über das Zugspitze-Massiv zu bekommen. Vor allem war es gut, ein so genau angepasstes Gleichgewicht zwischen das familienhaft-freundliche und das professionelle bei den Kantelbergs zu erfahren, so dass wir alle sehr wohl fühlten, und froh sein wären, wenn wir uns irgendwo wieder sahen. Es gibt noch vieles zu sehen und erleben in Garmisch-Partenkirken!

  Viele Vermieter werben mit dem Blick auf die Berge, in dieser FEWO ist er perfekt. Abends auf dem Balkon, oder durch das Wohnzimmerfenster die Zugspitze in der Dunkelheit verschwinden oder am Morgen auftauchen zu sehen ist fantastisch. Einen Steinwurf weit weg befinden sich die ersten gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwege mit vielen Rastmöglichkeiten direkt unterhalb des Wank. Nicht zuletzt die modern eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung, mit mehr als ausreichend vorhandenen Schlafmöglichkeiten, bieten die perfekte Umgebung und Voraussetzung für den nächsten Urlaub in Patenkirchen. Wir brauchen jedenfalls nicht mehr zu suchen, wir haben für den nächsten Urlaub schon eine ideale Unterkunft gefunden.
