The Swim and Fitness center features a playground, two pools, lighted tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and a 3,200 square foot fitness center.
There are miles of lighted bike and jogging trails. A trolley transportation system will take you to the oceanfront beach where you will find a snack bar and rental station. Personal beach valets will help you unload and set up for a day at the beach.
Sea and Tee II features a reverse floor plan with great room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and king master bedroom on the upper level. The great room has TV/VCR/DVD with surround sound. Mid level has two king master bedrooms, laundry room and a twin bedroom with sitting area.
Lower level has bedroom with two bunks. All bedrooms in the house have TV/VCR/DVD players. Also available are an extensive video collection, library, games, and puzzles. Our large garage has been created into a climate controlled playroom with foosball, air hockey, shuffle board and ping pong table.
