Our resort-like home is approximately a 15 minute walk to Tahoe City, Truckee River, Fanny Bridge, Shops,Restaurants and Beaches. Enjoy the easy going Tahoe lifestyle, walk or drive your children to Granlibakken Ski Resort and see the very charming Swiss Style Chalet with delicious food,snacks and drinks,watch a football game and there is a wonderful tobaggan hill for the kids plus they can learn to ski or snowboard at the resort which is small,very friendly and filled with lots of fun activities....there is a large and sunny deck right off the Chalet and you can see your kids ski or tobaggan from the deck...you will love it....parking is easy too.
We have a private Tobaggan Hill on our Street and Snow Shoeing from our Door. Walk to the local golf course,Truckee River and raft or swim, tennis courts, toboggan runs, bike trails,beautiful and serene hiking trails, shops, transportation, cinemas, restaurants, etc.

There is a new full-size bed on rollers located in master walk-in closet. Along with our new 52" Toshiba Screen Television and new Plasma Screen we have:DVD and VCR Machines with Movies, new Stereo System with remote control, Kareoke, new game table (poker, cards, and billiards) which converts easily to additional dining table, Nintendo, Kid's Games, Puzzles, Movies, Books, Board Games and More. Pet Friendly with a Fully Fenced Backyard.
Beaches within walking distance are: Tahoe City Commons Beach Park, 64 Acres and a local State Beach near the "Y".
You will enjoy the warm and cozy woodburning stove in the formal Dining Room, sundeck with patio set and gas BBQ. Gourmet kitchen with extensive breakfast bar and new bar stools. Pets are welcome.
