One large master bedroom (Cal. King bed). Second bedroom is queen trundle with bay view. Third bedroom is what we call "Kids Room" which is five twin beds with bay view. The bathroom is large with dual sinks, separate shower and tub. Full kitchen with amenities and very large living room overlooking Avalon Bay. This is a great family rental property. City ordinance limits us to eight guests per night. We screen very well to keep our family home the way we like it and the way our tenants would like to come back to.
