Come play at Balboa Island in Newport beach! Balboa is 20 minutes from Disneyland, one hour to Legoland, and minutes from any beach or Orange County activity you could want. We have a duplex so you can rent one or two units under the same roof. Each unit has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed, one with three twins (one bunk bed), a great kitchen, ample seating, bathroom with shower/tub combo and one on-site parking spot. There's even a warm shower outside to rinse off sand, too.
If you want to rent both units for a larger shared space, we can open a connecting door so it becomes one big house. If you want one unit, each unit has a separate entry and patio space so it can be private from the other unit. Each unit rents for $1200/week in July and Aug and $900/week otherwise.
$300 damage deposit.
No cleaning fee.
10% Orange County tax on weekly rentals.
