Good location, easy access to all local facilities. The facilities within the apartment were exactly as described. However, we were unable to connect to the internet at any time during our stay either with WiFi or ethernet. The owner replied to all our emails. The property is clean, well equipped and functional.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Lovely clean spacious apartment. Safe area, walk to the wharf, short walk to Faneuil hall, lots of good restaurants. The owner left brochures with info on things to do. Cheaper and much better than a hotel. The information said that there was a minimum of towels, bedding etc, but I found the opposite - very well supplied. We were 3 women and my daughter came and stayed the night and there was plenty of room. I would go back again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

WE stayed in Boston last week and had a wonderful time. Check-in was easy and the apartment is located in a perfect, safe area right in the middle of Little Italy with its many restaurantes and pastry shops. We walked to all the sites following the Freedom Trail nearby and using the subway to visit Harvard and Fenway. The weather was chilly and rainy during our stay causing us to be a bit cold at times. Since the building has the old wooden floors and steps, the loud people above us were easily heard returning at 2 A.M. but all in all, we loved our visit there. Don't miss the Haymarket on the weekend!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Dear Dror, Thank you so much for the great accommodations - my daughter and I felt so at home in Ansel's Apartment! I'd also like to take this opportunity to let you know how impressed we were with Gail. She arranged for us to be able to check in early, and called a couple of times to see how things were. Although our trip was a bit of a whirlwind, it was nice to have a cozy, warm "home" to return to each evening. Again, many thanks to you and your staff. We have already recommended you to several people, and we will undoubtedly stay with you again! Sincerely,Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4

I would rank the experience of the condo a 5 out of 5. What I liked most: The access to the North End and closeness to everything (bars, restaurants, tourist things) was fantastic. This apartment is perfect for a small group of close friends It was also a very walkable distance to at least two different train stations, which we used on my trip every day. The size of the apartment was much bigger than anticipated. I will definitely use Zoe Rentals next and every time I go to Boston. We even locked our keys out and were helped quickly! I also forgot to call ahead of time and everything was ready. What I liked least: Nothing! To improve experience: Maybe give two towels based on the length of stay. For my friends and I, two towels would have been better, but the one was ok. Also, maybe a second set of keys for both doors would have helped since there were six of us in the condo and on different schedules throughout the days. I would definitely stay with you again. I will definitely recommend. Thanks so much for everything!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/5

Anne Marie Hi, Arrival was easy, good descriptions, safe feeling. Pleasantly surprised with phone and king size bed. Luxurious feeling, because of high ceilings. Like the ikea-modern look. We would prefer some small kitchen-towells for drying your hands, and extra `towells` (sorry, I do not know the English word) for cleaning the dishes and drying our hands. Would definitely stay with you again or recommend to a friend. We especially liked the quick service (f.e. when we needed a vacuum cleaner or new kitchen-light) Our overall rate: 4. We left the keys in the mailbox, hope you found it. Kind regards, Anne MarieDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 6/6

from Julia <londonjulia2001@cox.net> subject Re: Zoe Rentals Questionnaire You get a 5 for everything! We felt like we "lived in Boston" for 5 days instead of a vacation. The apartment is basic and older but we loved it and felt like we were home. Would definitely recommend it as living in the North End was a wonderful experience and we were so near everything we walked everywhere. My friend flew from England and I came from Phoenix and you made our trip very memorable. Julia Sent from my iPhoneDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/4

Apt address: 16 Battery Street #1F Boston MA 02109 Check in date: 10/14/2010 How would you rate your experience overall 1-5 1 being the worst 5 being the best? 4, The apartment was everything we needed, it was very nice, though the neighbors were a bit noisy at night sometimes when trying to fall asleep. And we initially had troubles getting the heat to turn on, for some reason, when we cranked it up to 80 degrees, it finally clicked on. It all turned out fine in the end and we had a great vacation and we really did like the 16 Battery street apartment 1F. We were so happy to have a nice, homey place to stay. Thanks for letting us rent from you.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4

subject Re: Zoe Rentals Questionnaire We just returned home from our first trip to Boston. The Foster Street location was perfect for us as we loved the convenience of staying in the North End. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and bakeries and most of the historical sites we wanted to see. The apartment we chose was small, but still larger than a hotel room. The building was old, but I thought it added to the character. I did think the bathroom shower could've been maintained a little better, but otherwise the apartment was perfect for us. I thought it was a great value and a great location. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Email questions about the property and rates were handled promptly. Check in and check out could not have been easier. Thanks for helping make our vacation fantastic. LisaDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 4/4

the experience was a 5 out of 5. The location was perfect and the apartment had everything we could possibly have needed. I would stay with you again and would recommend it to friends for sure. My husband and i had a wonderful first time visit to Boston and thoroughly enjoyed the north area. Thank you very much. :) TheresaDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 5/5
