Our Condo is located at Myrtle Beach Resort in South Myrtle Beach (near Surfside). Myrtle Beach Resort is a 33 acre gated community with 24 hour security. The Resort has six pools, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, heated lazy river and more. The sandy beach has a cabana style bar and restaurant which provides free entertainment for all ages during the season.
We have a two bedroom (one queen and two twins)plus provide a Pack & Play for baby, two bath ocean view Condo with a full-size kitchen with newer appliances. Kitchen update in 2011 with LG HiMax solid surface countertops; NEW kitchen cabinets, NEW dishwasher and disposal. Condo is also equipped with three NEW in 2011 LCD HD TV’s (42" living room/19" each bedroom), 2 VCR (1 Blu Ray), and 3 CD and DVD players. Recently replaced most of the furniture in the condo and installed ceramic tile in kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway. The unit is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and fully equipped for a great vacation (blender, crockpot, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot, George Foreman Grill, Belgian waffle maker, popcorn popper, all utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and NEW Pflatzgraff dishes). There is a nice library of Disney videos and DVD's for your use, as well as a variety of books and puzzles! No need to pack beach essentials - We provide sand chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, tennis rackets/tennis balls and basketball!
The condo is on the fourth floor of a five story building with a glass elevator. NO steps to climb. The front of our Condo overlooks the indoor heated pool/hot tub area and is just steps from the first floor exercise room and sauna. The back exits to the 25 foot furnished deck with a view of the ocean and the heated lazy river complex.
Crossing your fingers upon arrival will not be necessary. We are sure you will be pleased with the comfort offered and the quality of everything in our condo, as well as our location within the resort. There are 100 steps from our front door to the beach! Our Condo is extremely well maintained and welcoming, and our desire is to have vacationers return again and again making this their home away from home. We take great pride in our Condo and hope to rent to people who will do the same.

- Ocean View : Our condo is located in a building slanted toward the beach. The view from our balcony to the right is of the ocean. The view to the left is of the lazy river complex. Only 100 steps from our condo to the Atlantic Ocean!

A new amenity at the Resort is the Lazy River complex with a swimming pool, children's pool with shower umbrella, a splash pool with tipping buckets, etc, a large whirlpool, the relaxing heated lazy river and a snack bar.

- We have two beautiful state parks within minutes of our Condo. Our favorite is Huntington Beach State Park & Atalaya located near Pawley's Island which is approximately 20 minutes away. You can fish, bird watch, alligator watch, visit their beautiful beach and go shelling. They also hold classes on bird watching and shelling. Myrtle Beach State Park is 5 minutes North of the Resort. The new Market Commons and Coastal Grand Mall is within 10 minutes of the Resort. There are over 100 stores in the mall, Also close by is Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach with quaint shops, miniature golf and amusement rides. The new FreeStyle Park (amusement park)is expanding to include more children's rides in 2009.

Year Purchased: 2008
We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for 20 years starting as campers in Lakewood Camping Resort. In recent years we switched from the motorhome to the comforts of the condo at Myrtle Beach Resort. In 2008 we both retired and made our dream of owning beach property a reality. We purchased condo B447, the condo we had rented for the last few years, and named it Mom's Condo by the Sea. This has become our winter residence. We offer our beautiful condo as a rental during the months we spend home in Endicott, New York visiting our children and 4 grandchildren! It truly is a little bit of heaven right here on earth. We hope you will enjoy your stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at "Mom's condo by the Sea". The condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need while on vacation (enjoyed the waffle maker and beach umbrella). My almost 4 year old kept saying how much she LOVED this home and wanted to stay! Mom's condo by the Sea was the cleanest place we have stayed while at Myrtle Beach, which was great being that my husband had to spend alot of time inside with our 10 month old. We look forward to visiting again!

This is our family's 5th stay in MB and our 5th stay at Myrtle Beach Resorts. Mom's Condo by the Sea was by far the best condo we have stayed at or viewed (we vacation with friends) while we visit MBR. Beautiful tile floors make sweeping up the sand a breeze. It is stocked with everything you can imagine. My teenagers love the place and the security makes me feel at ease letting them roam abit. Its location at Surfside (south of MB) makes is one of the best locales in MB. NOt too many hotels crammed together. Be sure to visit Murrels Inlet for a walk along the march walk with its many restaurants. The owners of this condo are "on the ball" and get to deal with. You won't be disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the condo. Our stay at Mom's Condo by the Sea was wonderful. The place was in excellent shape when we arrived, and they have everything you could think of as far as ammenities. You can see the ocean directly from the balcony. Being in the B building you have immediate access to the indoor pool. The resort alone had everything you would need for a family vacation. Mom's condo had everything you would need to make it a wonderful vacation. We had a lot of rain this week, luckily mom provided us with kids games, and movies to keep the children busy until the rain had passed. When we did make it to the beach, mom provided us with chairs and extra toys for the kids. I have rented houses, and condo's on a lot of vacations, and what was provided here puts Mom's condo at the top of the list of places. We will definitely look at coming back again, and if you are debating on where to stay for your Myrtle Beach vacation, look no further, you have found the place. JW Florence KY

Angela, Thanks so much for letting us stay at your place again this year. I hope everything was in good order by time we left. We try to follow all the directions you give us when we leave. The place looks great and all of your changes make the place so much better. I love the kitchen with the new counters and sink. The flat screen tvs are a great addition to the condo. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in this condo and it was perfect! We even were surprised when we went in the condo with a card, champange & glasses from the owners! This place has all the comforts of home with extras! Loved the waffle iron! I really liked the resort-it was our 1st time staying there but won't be our last! We loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean! Thanks again for making our anniversary a special one!

I love it here! The condo is beautiful and very well kept. There is plenty of room for everyone. The beds were great, I've never slept so well! The facilitiy was very nice, too. There was everything you wanted and more. Tons of pools, food, the beach was steps out the door and fantastic and the weather was perfect! Restaurants and activities are close by as well.
