Our Condo is located at Myrtle Beach Resort in South Myrtle Beach (near Surfside). Myrtle Beach Resort is a 33 acre gated community with 24 hour security. The Resort has six pools, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, heated lazy river and more. The sandy beach has a cabana style bar and restaurant which provides free entertainment for all ages during the season.
We have a two bedroom (one queen and two twins)plus provide a Pack & Play for baby, two bath ocean view Condo with a full-size kitchen with newer appliances. Recently replaced most of the furniture in the condo and installed ceramic tile in kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway. The unit is beautifully decorated in a beach theme and fully equipped for a great vacation (blender, crockpot, toaster, coffee pot, George Foreman Grill, Belgian waffle maker, all utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and NEW Pflatzgraff dishes). Condo is also equipped with three cable TV’s, VCR, and 2 CD and DVD players. There is a nice library of Disney videos for your use, as well as a variety of books and puzzles! No need to pack beach essentials - We provide sand chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach quilt, tennis rackets/tennis balls and basketball!
The condo is on the fourth floor of a five story building with a glass elevator. NO steps to climb. The front of our Condo overlooks the indoor heated pool/hot tub area and is just steps from the first floor exercise room and sauna. The back exits to the 25 foot furnished deck with a view of the ocean and the heated lazy river complex.
Crossing your fingers upon arrival will not be necessary. We are sure you will be pleased with the comfort offered and the quality of everything in our condo, as well as our location within the resort. There are 100 steps from our front door to the beach! Our Condo is extremely well maintained and welcoming, and our desire is to have vacationers return again and again making this their home away from home. We take great pride in our Condo and hope to rent to people who will do the same.

- Ocean View: Our condo is located in a building slanted toward the beach. The view from our balcony to the right is of the ocean. The view to the left is of the new lazy river complex. Only 100 steps from our condo to the Atlantic Ocean!

- We have two beautiful state parks within minutes of our Condo. Our favorite is Huntington Beach State Park & Atalaya located near Pawley's Island which is approximately 20 minutes away. You can fish, bird watch, alligator watch, visit their beautiful beach and go shelling. They also hold classes on bird watching and shelling. Myrtle Beach State Park is 5 minutes North of the Resort. The new Market Commons and Coastal Grand Mall is within 10 minutes of the Resort. There are over 100 stores in the mall, Also close by is Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach with quaint shops, miniature golf and amusement rides. The new FreeStyle Park (amusement park)is expanding to include more children's rides in 2009.

Year Purchased: 2008
We have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for 20 years starting as campers in Lakewood Camping Resort. In recent years we switched from the motorhome to the comforts of the condo at Myrtle Beach Resort. In 2008 we both retired and made our dream of owning beach property a reality. We purchased condo B447, the condo we had rented for the last few years, and named it Mom's Condo by the Sea. This has become our winter residence. We offer our beautiful condo as a rental during the months we spend home in Endicott, New York visiting our children and 4 grandchildren! It truly is a little bit of heaven right here on earth. We hope you will enjoy your stay!
