Private Home on the Severn River. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Severn River and Saltworks Creek from our Annapolis waterfront home. Private pier allows swimming and fishing right in your own backyard. The large deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views.

The house is bright and airy and is tastefully decorated. There are three bedrooms (one on the main level) and three full baths (master bath has large Jacuzzi tub). Great room with vaulted ceiling (lots of skylights) and fireplace. Kitchen is fully-equipped and has granite countertops. linens and towels provided. Entertainment system includes high-end stereo system, HDTV/DVD/VCR. Additonal TV/DVD/VCR on lower level. Broadband WiFi internet access. Washer/dryer on lower level. Sleeps nine.

The house is nestled in wooded and peaceful community with tennis courts and designated swim area with sandy beach and clubhouse/restaurant. Excellent public golf course nearby. Ten minutes from downtown historic Annapolis and the Naval Academy. 25 minutes to BWI and outlet shopping. 40 minutes to Washington , DC.
