We invite you to enjoy our beautifully furnished second floor condo. This is a much sought after Sunbird Deluxe "B" floor plan! See the beach from every room! Sleep to the soothing sounds of the surf from the bedroom that opens onto the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Step onto the balcony for an awesome view of the sand and sea. Spectacular sunsets! Surround yourself with the total beach experience up close and personal. Enjoy the use of a pair of beach chairs with umbrella which we have rented for your enjoyment.
Relax on the sofa or put your feet up in the comfy leather recliner in the living room. Curl up with one of our "beach books" or enjoy TV, Stereo and DVD/VCR to your heart's content. You can even "surf by the surf" with free high speed internet access!
Our condominium sleeps four with a luxurious king-sized bed and comfortable queen sleeper sofa.
The bedroom's whimsical coastal decor is casual and inviting. You'll feel relaxed as soon as you step in. Of course the bedroom is beachfront with a fabulous view of the beach and the ocean. Because of our second floor location, it's almost like sleeping right on the beach! The bedroom has a 25" TV, too.
Our gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, oak cabinets, a smooth top range, a microwave/range hood combo and everything else you'll need to whip up a quick snack or a gourmet meal. You'll enjoy our nautical dinnerware, too.
The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plenty of storage space.
Get to the beach FAST! This condo is just steps from the beach. Just one easy flight of stairs up from ground level-no waiting for the elevator!
Sunbird is a gated community with three pools, sunning decks, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, and charcoal barbecue grills for poolside cook-outs. Restaurants and attractions are located nearby. Just walk next door to World Famous Pineapple Willy's for barbecue ribs or seafood, and enjoy a delightful sunset dinner from his pier or make it a lunchtime treat!

This is a second floor condo. That means that you are really right on the beach! It's just one flight of stairs from your front door to the sand! Our Sunbird units all have a bedroom on the beach! You can hear and see the surf right from your bed! Also, you have great ocean views from every room in the condo. Parking is convenient, too.

This is the front entrance to the Pier Park Shopping Mall. Traffic here can be tough. We recommend coming in from the PC Beach Parkway entrance to avoid traffic jams.
This is the back entrance to the Pier Park Shopping Mall. If you want to avoid traffic, we recommend this entrance.
Great little casual restaurant. They have just about anything you want to eat and the prices are reasonable, too.

Mrs. Sarah and Mr. Hugh, We enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful Condo. It is awesome! So relaxing, clean and convenient. I love the big red recliner, just lay back, relax and look right out on the lovely gulf and beach. Always something interesting going on out there. The view is majestic. At night, lie in bed and listen to the soothing ocean sounds or during the day just lie there and look out on the beach and the water. Can't think of anything better one would need for a great vacation. Next time we'll make reservations for at least a week. Thanks for your kind hospitality during our stay there. Thank you for renting your condo to us. Your condo is beautiful and the view from the balcony is awesome! As always when we vacation in Panama City, we had a wonderful time. If you like boating, I suggest renting a pontoon boat and explore St. Andrew's Bay. We rented a pontoon and near the channel we saw 20 to 25 dolphins within a half hour. We had wonderful meals at Pineapple Willy's, Pompano's, Captain's Table, Capt Jack's Buffet, and Harpoon Harry's. Clara

Your condo was great and the decor was so "beachy". It had everything we needed. I loved the bedroom with the king sized bed. You could just relax and hear the sound of the waves. And, as the ad said, it was only steps from the beach with a great view from the balcony. It was our 38th wedding aniversary and we shared our trip with our 6 year old grandaughter. She had a ball. We definitely look forward to staying there in the future.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Sunbird. The view is so beautiful and the decor is so nice, that when we had one rainy day, we enjoyed staying inside. We can't wait to go back again. The beach and water are so clean and clear.
