This is a single -family home located on one-half acre in Northridge Station at Camelback Mountain. The house is the first street next to the recreational center, outdoor pool, and tennis courts. You can also walk to Camelback which is a big advantage to most homes in the development. It is great as the kids do not need to hike up big hills to go back and forth to the ski lodge and water park.
The garage has been converted to a game room for the kids. We have bumper pool, air hockey and a basketball game (Pop a shot). There is an XBox with games in the master bedroom. We are also five minutes away from the Crossings Outlets.
The house is fully furnished with a real fireplace and free wood. The modern kitchen has hardwood floors, all appliances, and a large kitchen table. You will find a large deck covering the back of the house including a grill. The family room has new 32" TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo. The home has a 1/2 bath downstairs as well as a washer and dryer. The upstairs has four large bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a four-post, queen-size bed, 19" TV and plenty of room. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and the other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each. There is also a Pack-N-Play, kids table and high chair.
The house is fully equipped and ready for your stay. You will find the house and kitchen supplies ready for your use. Linens and towels are supplied so just bring your personal belongings and have fun. We have board games for the kids. You will really enjoy the location.
