At beautiful Key Colony Beach we have a spacious, 1200-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath, half duplex with all that you could ask for. This duplex is located on the water with a dock that has only a couple minute boat ride to both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean through an 100-foot-wide, deep-water canal. The boat dock is a 35-foot, concrete dock that can accommodate most boats. It also has dock-side electric and water. There is also a marina where you can purchase fuel, bait, and fishing supplies. Fishing charters and boat rentals are also available.
Any rental of this duplex also has FULL ACCESS to the Cabana Club. The Cabana Club offers a pool, hot tub, private beach access, and a restaurant/bar available only to duplex rentals. And for the kids the Cabana Club offers a snack bar and game room.
