This condo is as advertised; a cozy, comfortable home away from home in South maui. Being my first time renting from this site I was a little apprehensive...But when we arrived we found everything in order plus beach chairs, towels, coolers and boogie boards, very nice to have that stuff provided! Loved Kihei, its a nice little town with everything you could need within a mile or two. I plan on coming back ASAP, and would definetly rent this condo again. Maholo Carol!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers.

What a delight. A lovely, clean very nice place to stay. All anyone could ask for. Also a great pool, big clean and almost always no one in it, and this was Christmas & New Years. The laundry was very good and so was the BBQ area. We used the chairs, umbrella and coolers when we went to the beach and ate all of our meals on the balcony/lanai. The kitchen was well equipped, so we cooked and ate at home alot. We were 2 couples and enjoyed everything about our stay. I would reccomend to anyone! Much better the the last condo we stayed at.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the condo and it was perfect. Plenty of space, close to beach, safe and quiet neighbourhood, well furnished with ample supplies & beach accessories, good breeze throughout the condo, beach/mountain view from lanai, a LOT of restaurants at walking distance, kids park at walking distance...I can go on. We enjoyed and our kids (6yr & 2yr) also loved the place. After a long day the kids used the say they want to go to "New Home". It was a perfect vacation and could not have been without a good accomodation.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We found this home very comfortable. It is very well equipped, quiet and relaxing. The unit is clean and the appliances are in good order. If you are looking for a homey atmosphere then this is for you.
